Am 29.09.2014 wurde ein Zettel an die Lifttüre geklebt aus dem hervorging dass vom 29.09. bis 04.10. der Lift wegen Sevicearbeiten nicht benützbar ist.
Seit 01.10. bis zum heutigen Tag 06.10. wurde daran nicht gearbeitet. Nach Rückfrage erhielten wir die lapidare Mitteilung dass eine Bremsrolle beschädigt ist und diese erst bestellt werden muss.
Eine Firma wie Otis sollte so eine Bremsscheibe im Austausch ständig zur Verfügung haben.
Wir haben im Haus sehr alte gehbehinderte Personen die seit einer Woche die Wohnung nicht verlassen können und auch keine Einkäufe tätigen können.
Wann jetzt endlich der Lift wieder benützbar sein wird steht in den Sternen.
Bei einem Telefonat mit der Firma Otis wurde zugesagt dass bis 06.10.14 um 12h der Lift wieder in Betrieb geht. Wieder eine Lüge. So werden Kunden betrogen.
Ich kann von einer Firma, die so ein katastrophales Service hat nur warnen.

On 29.09.2014 a note was glued to the lift door from hervorging that from 29.09. until 04.10. The lift is not usable because of service work.
Since 01.10. to this day 06.10. was not worked on. After consultation, we received the succinct message that a brake roller is damaged and this must first be ordered.
A company like Otis should have such a brake disc in exchange constantly available.
We have in the house very old handicapped people who can not leave the apartment for a week and also can not make any purchases.
When now finally the lift will be usable again is in the stars.
In a telephone conversation with the company Otis was promised that until 06.10.14 at 12h the lift goes back into operation. Another lie. This is how customers are cheated.
I can only warn of a company that has such a catastrophic service.
