K	Karli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Waren sind nicht schlecht. Der Junior-Chef sollte allerdings etwas an seinem Kundenumgang arbeiten und vorher überlegen, wie man mit langjährigen Kunden redet. Wir werden dort sicher nicht mehr hingehen. The goods are not bad. The junior boss, however, should work on his customer service and think ahead of time how to talk to longtime customers. We will certainly not go there again.

Als ich ein zweites Mal das Geschäft betreten habe habe ich ihren Chef angetroffen und wie ich seinen Umgang mit Kunden kennengelernt hatte bekam ich einen Schreck und habe natürlich nix mehr gekauft. ABER die Beratung durch den Verkäufer (meines Wissens nach Chef) war absolut untragbar. Er war unverschämt, aufdringlich und in Sekunden wurde klar, dass er nur das schnelle Geschäft sucht. Nachdem Ich sagte, dass ich bei dem Geldbetrag gerne eine Nacht darüber schlafen würde, meinte er, dass ich ja einen guten Preis wolle und ich diesen am Folgetag nicht mehr bekommen würde. Daraufhin schritt mein Freund ein und wir verließen den Laden. NIE WIEDER. Diese Verkaufsphilosophie sollte wirklich überdacht werden. Since the seller was really nice and nice, I'm sorry for this rating for you ... BUT the advice from the seller (to my knowledge, boss) was absolutely unbearable. He was outrageous, intrusive, and in a matter of seconds it became clear he was just looking for a fast-paced business. NEVER AGAIN. This sales philosophy really should be reconsidered.

Arrogáns,lekezelő volt a stílusa.... Nem ajánlom!!! The sales lady didn't give me enough time to put our feet in the store and look around, she immediately attacked us, so we immediately turned a corner .... Her style was arrogant, condescending .... I do not recommend !!!

Anfangs wurden wir von einer netten Dame bedient, für die Hemden kam dann der Chef zur Hilfe, der ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend war und uns auch preislich sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Eigentlich verstehen wir die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Herzlichen Dank nochmals von den Wald4tlern. For his birthday today, my husband got a pair of lederhosen and shirts at the Lindenthaler in Bad Hofgastein. At first we were served by a nice lady, then the boss came to help for the shirts, who was also very courteous and was also very helpful in terms of price. Actually, we don't understand the negative reviews at all. We'll be back for sure! Many thanks again from the Wald4tlers.

Unfriendly service is something i can live with, but downright offending comments thrown at me from owner and son, while trying on dresses is a disappointment and truely embarassing! I can not say how much those commentaries hurt me and how quickly I wanted to leave the shop.
