K	Kathrin Judith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich die positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen! Ich haben zu Weihnachten einen Hoodie bestellt, der ankam in schlechter Qualität u Farbfehlern. Es wurde Nachbesserung versprochen, ich wartete. Der Hoodie kam, gleich schlecht, wie der erste! Weihnachten war jetzt vorüber, ich hatte somit kein vorzeigbares Geschenk! Es kam ein weiterer Hoodie, gleiches Spiel: nicht tragbar. Zum Dank, darf ich jetzt noch den Weg zur Post gehen um den Schund zurück zu schicken!! Extrem ärgerlich! Unfortunately, I cannot understand the positive reviews! For Christmas I ordered a hoodie that arrived in poor quality and color defects. A repair was promised, I waited. The hoodie came as bad as the first one! Christmas was over now, so I had no presentable present! Another hoodie came along, same game: not wearable. As a thank you, I can now go to the post office to send the trash back !! Extremely annoying!
P	Philipp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am Dezember ein Shirt bestellt, dieses war in der Breite um 11% und in der Länge um 9% kleiner als die Größentabelle des Produkts (also eh nur ca. 2 Größen daneben). Daher natürlich retourniert. Man "bittet um Verständnis, dass das Ersatz-Shirt erst nach Eintreffen der Rücksendung produziert wird" - also ehrlich: wenn man selbst einen Fehler macht, der dazu führt dass ein Geschenk nicht vor Weihnachten da ist, muss man den Bogen auch nicht überspannen ;-) Aber gut, das neue Shirt wurde letztlich geliefert ...und war wieder um fast eine Größe zu klein (diesmal ca. 4% kleiner als in der Größentabelle). Und das obwohl ich direkt davor nochmal per Mail nachgefragt habe, welche Größe mir empfohlen wird (...ob ich gleich eine Nummer größer bestellen sollte). Nun also läuft Versuch #3 (einfach eine größere Größe bestellen). Man darf gespannt sein, ich werde die Rezension dann entsprechend updaten (was erfahrungsgemäß in ca. 3 Wochen sein wird). Generell rate ich zur Vorsicht, denn +/- 5% Toleranz die der Hersteller angibt, entspricht ca. einer Größe und wer hat schon gerne eine personalisierte Lieferung in der falschen Größe. Leider entspricht diese Toleranz auch der Wahrheit, was es fast unmöglich macht eine korrekte Lieferung zu bekommen. I ordered a shirt on December, it was 11% smaller in width and 9% in length than the size chart of the product (so only about 2 sizes off the top anyway). Therefore, of course, returned. And that even though I asked again by email directly beforehand which size was recommended to me (... whether I should order one size larger right away). Now try # 3 is running (just order a larger size). One can be curious, I will then update the review accordingly (which experience shows will be in about 3 weeks). In general, I advise you to be careful, because the +/- 5% tolerance specified by the manufacturer corresponds to approx. One size and who would like a personalized delivery in the wrong size. Unfortunately, this tolerance also corresponds to the truth, which makes it almost impossible to get a correct delivery.

Die Artikel werden angeblich einzeln extra angefertigt und dann greift eine bestimmte Klausel in den AGB, dass diese "Sonderanfertigung" nicht umtauschbar ist. Die Pullies sollen figurbetont sein, hängen aber sackähnlich am Körper und fallen groß aus. Ich habe einen grauen Hoodie genau wie angewiesen gewaschen (in kaltem Wasser zuvor einweichen, 30 Grad Schonwäsche, auf links gedreht) und der angebliche Bio-Stoff mit recyceltem Polyester-Anteil (sog. "Fair Wear") hat sogleich feine weiße Stoff-Knüddelchen gebildet, die den Pulli nun überziehen. Diese Firma hat sich geschickt rechtlich abgesichert mit ihren AGB in Verbindung mit der Behauptung, dass es "Sonderanfertigungen" sein sollen, um Retouren zu vermeiden. Angeblich sind die Pullis in Germany bedruckt (mit Köln als Emblem), aber die Post kam aus Graz. Auch nicht binnen 3-5 Tagen, sondern später. Zwei gleichzeitig bestellte Hoodies (einer im Sale, also sofort verfügbar, und der andere eine sog. Sonderanfertigung, die ja EXTRA für mich bedruckt wurde!) kamen gleichzeitig an in zwei getrennten Papiertütchen. Die Firma ist dubios. Diese Bio-Masche lebt sie nicht im Umgang mit den Kunden. Unverschämt und ärgerlich! ATTENTION! I strongly warn against this seller. The articles are allegedly made individually and then a certain clause in the terms and conditions applies that this "custom-made product" is not exchangeable. The sweaters should be figure-hugging, but hang like a sack on the body and turn out large. I washed a gray hoodie exactly as instructed (soak in cold water beforehand, wash at 30 degrees, turned inside out) and the alleged organic fabric with recycled polyester content (so-called "fair wear") immediately has fine white dummies formed, which now cover the sweater. This company has cleverly secured itself legally with its terms and conditions in connection with the claim that it should be "custom-made" in order to avoid returns. Apparently the sweaters are printed in Germany (with Cologne as an emblem), but the post came from Graz. Not within 3-5 days either, but later. Two hoodies ordered at the same time (one on sale, so available immediately, and the other a so-called custom-made product, which was EXTRA printed for me!) Arrived at the same time in two separate paper bags. The company is dubious. She does not live this organic scam when dealing with customers. Outrageous and annoying!
E	E Neumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir einen Hoodie bestellt und bin absolut zufrieden. Ja, bis man das gute Stück im Haus hat dauert es ein wenig länger. Aber das wird ja auch so angegeben. Die Produktion startet erst nach Bestellung. Das war schon mal ein Kaufanreiz für mich. Klar dauert es dann etwas länger. Das gute Stück sieht toll aus, ist wie beschrieben und passt. Ich hatte von der DHL (Paket) keine Informationen erhalten zur Versendung. Auf Mailnachfrage bei OTAYA bekam ich eine prompte Antwort und Information. Das hat mir gut gefallen. Fazit: ich bin sehr zufrieden und denke, dort wieder zu bestellen. I ordered a hoodie and I am absolutely satisfied. Yes, it takes a little longer to get the good piece in the house. But that's also how it is stated. Production only starts after ordering. That was already an incentive for me to buy. Of course it will take a little longer. The good piece looks great, is as described and fits. I had not received any information about the shipment from DHL (Paket). When I asked OTAYA to send an email, I received a prompt response and information. I enjoyed that. Conclusion: I am very satisfied and think to order there again.
B	Bernadette D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Mann und ich besitzen seit über 2 Jahren 4 Hoodies von OTAYA, mit denen wir nach wie vor sehr zufrieden sind. Angefangen bei Größe und Passform, über Farbe und Qualität, bis hin zum Tragekomfort passt einfach alles. Wir tragen die Pullis wirklich oft und zu allen möglichen Aktivitäten, weshalb wir sie auch recht häufig waschen. Ich konnte noch keinen Qualitätsverlust oder Fusselbildung durch den Wasch- oder Schleudervorgang feststellen. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!!! My husband and I have had 4 OTAYA hoodies for over 2 years, with which we are still very satisfied. Starting with size and fit, through color and quality, to wearing comfort, everything simply fits. We wear the sweaters really often and to all kinds of activities, which is why we wash them quite often. I have not yet noticed any loss of quality or lint formation due to the washing or spinning process. Very clear purchase recommendation!
P	Philipp Knatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sympathisches Konzept reicht leider nicht! Habe einige T-Shirts bestellt und inzwischen, nach maximal 5mal waschen, geht bei fast allen schon der Druck ab. Das ist für den Preis leider wirklich schlecht... Da geht die Tendenz schon eher in Richtung 1 Stern... Aktualisierung: auf meine Bewertung wurde schnell reagiert und der Kundenservice ist wirklich hervorragend. Ob die Qualität der Drucke jetzt besser ist, wird sich noch herausstellen. Unfortunately, a sympathetic concept is not enough! I ordered a few T-shirts and meanwhile, after washing a maximum of 5 times, almost all of them are already under pressure. Unfortunately, that is really bad for the price ... The trend is more towards 1 star ... Update: My review was responded to quickly and the customer service is really excellent. It remains to be seen whether the quality of the prints is better now.

Die Qualität und die Farbauswahl der T-Shirts ist super, aber mittlerweile ist auf zwei T-Shirts der Aufdruck komplett abgelöst und auf den zwei anderen in Teilen. Insgesamt ist der nachhaltige Ansatz ja klasse, aber wenn die T-Shirts nach weniger als 1,5 Jahren keinen Druck mehr haben (und der Verfall des Drucks hat schon nach wenigen Monaten begonnen), passt das nicht zum Konzept und zum Preis. Schade! In summer 2020 I received four T-shirts with outdoor prints as a gift. The quality and the choice of colors of the T-shirts is great, but meanwhile the print has been completely removed on two T-shirts and in parts on the other two. Overall, the sustainable approach is great, but if the T-shirts are no longer printed after less than 1.5 years (and the pressure started to deteriorate after a few months), that doesn't fit the concept and the price. Pity!

The clothes can be used in the mountain, as well as on the beach, in school or even at work. They are comfortable and they catch people's eyes. Here are some pictures of me with the clothes. They fit me perfectly and I use the each and every season.
