Bei meinem letzten Besuch schmeckte die Frittatensuppe abgelaufen, da stimmte etwas mit den Frittaten nicht. Das Personal ist nett, aber im generellen ist das Restaurant definitiv nicht empfehlenswert. I have visited this restaurant already 3 times and each time was disappointed on Latest. The food tastes only moderately good. On my last visit, the fried potato soup tasted expired, and something was wrong with the fried potatoes. The staff is nice, but in general the restaurant is definitely not recommended.
C	Chris Bär on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das hat sich gelohnt. Erst eine kleine Wanderung entlang der Pielach, dann Einkehr im "Ostwind". Hier wurde ein Gasthaus, das ehemalige Mentil, vom Zusperren gerettet. Danke. Das neue Betreiberpaar hat mit Hilfe der "alten" Betreiber einen neuen Wind in den kleinen Ort gebracht. Wie der Name "Ostwind" schon sagt, mit viel authentisch asiatischer Küche, die einen gekonnten Bogen durch ganz Asien macht. Empfehlenswert. Ach ja, für den bodenständigen (ängstlichen? ) Gast gibt`s auch Schnitzi :-) That was worth it. First a short hike along the Pielach, then a stop at the "Ostwind". Here an inn, the former Mentil, was saved from being locked. Thanks. With the help of the "old" operators, the new operator couple has breathed new life into the small town. As the name "Ostwind" suggests, with lots of authentic Asian cuisine that skilfully spans the whole of Asia. Recommended. Oh yes, for the down-to-earth (anxious? ) guest there are also Schnitzi :-)

Das Essen ist etwas pikant Thailändische Küche) kann aber beim Servicepersonal angegeben werden etwas milder zuzubereiten (bei uns wurde es bei der Bestellung schon bekanntgegeben und gefragt). Die Karte variiert immer wieder. Es gibt Thailändische Küche als auch Österreichische Küche. Das Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend (selbst das Ritz könnte es nicht besser machen). Für ein "Landrestaurant" wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Atmosphäre sehr ansprechend und gemütlich (lädt zum verweilen ein). Die Weinkarte ist Regional ist gut gewählt. Alles in allem ein perfekter, schöner und genussvoller Abend. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Tag Super tasty, super friendly, very clean. The food is a bit spicy Thai cuisine) but can be specified to the service staff to prepare a bit milder (we already announced and asked for it when ordering). The map varies again and again. There is Thai cuisine as well as Austrian cuisine. The staff very polite and accommodating (even the Ritz couldn't do better). For a "country restaurant" really extraordinary. The atmosphere is very appealing and cozy (invites you to linger). The wine list is regional is well chosen. All in all, a perfect, beautiful and enjoyable evening. Thank you for a great day
