La persona que se encargó de atenderme atendió a todas mis preguntas de manera atenta y amable. Intercambiamos numerosos e.mails (perdí al cuenta...). Todos los que fueron necesarios para dar explicaciones, consejos en la compra...todo cuanto necesité. Me aconsejó en todo momento cuál era el molino que más me convenía, estando muy agradecida por ello. La entrega mucho antes de lo esperado. El molino llegó totalmente asegurado y embalado de manera que fuera imposible moverse durante el trayecto. Su funcionamiento ha sido magnífico. Ya he podido elaborar pan con las harinas de los tamices y el resultado ha sido magnífico. Sólo puedo recomendar la compra por el estupendo producto y la amable y atenta atención. The person who took care of me answered all my questions in a kind and attentive manner. We exchanged numerous e.mails (I lost the account ...). All those that were necessary to give explanations, advice on the purchase ... everything I needed. She advised me at all times which mill was best for me, being very grateful for it. Delivery much earlier than expected. The mill arrived fully secured and packed in such a way that it was impossible to move during the journey. Its performance has been magnificent. I have already been able to make bread with the flour of the sieves and the result has been magnificent. I can only recommend the purchase for the great product and the kind and attentive attention. Sie malt wunderbar und es gab in den ganzen 20 Jahren keinen Defekt. Nun sind wir die nächste Generation, die mit dieser Mühle malen - in erster Linie verwenden wir heimischen Dinkel für unser Brot. Tolle Qualiät, sehr zu empfehlen. My mother-in-law has had the original East Tyrolean household mill from the Green family for over 20 years and it is in operation every week. She paints wonderfully and there has been no defect in the whole 20 years. Now we are the next generation to paint with this grinder - primarily we use domestic spelled for our bread. Great quality, highly recommended.

In order to produce my own flour, i made an extensive research for a portable mill and found this company in Austria. Unlike previously ordered products from China, this mill gives me great pleasure, produces fine quality flour and so far it never had let me down. it is a fair price for the quality and the guys are great to deal with. The mill was delivered as described and on time. Thumbs up-highly recommended.
