Das Unternehmen selbst ist nicht Mal während der Öffnungszeiten telefonisch zu erreichen, wenn man Fragen zu den Linien hat. Das geht in der heutigen Zeit überhaupt nicht und es gehört Mal richtige Konkurrenz her, damit die ÖBB- Postbus wegkommt. One of the worst companies in the modern day, where customers are carelessly handled by the bus. The company itself can not be contacted by phone during opening hours if you have questions about the lines. This is not possible at the present time and it belongs time proper competition, so that the ÖBB postbus gets away.

Auch andere Busse werden nicht informiert - man steht uninformiert da. Laut Hotline sollte der Bus fahren, für weiteres gibt's nur ein Kontaktformular auf der Homepage Auch die Fahrweise mancher Fahrer sollte kontrolliert werden. Im Hänger haut es einen schon fast vom Stuhl, da mit Vollgas gefahren wird, sobald der Bus selbst um die Kurve ist. Weniger wäre oftmals mehr! V	Vanessa Vanny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also wenn die Haltestelle markiert ist, dann ist auch dort die Haltestelle und nicht paar Meter weiter bei einer Ampel. Das ist mir schon des öfteren passiert, dass die Busfahrer bei der Haltestelle "Finanzamt Innsbruck" einfach weiter vor fahren. 2. Ist es noch eine Frechheit wenn man draußen wartet, dass die Leute aussteigen können der Busfahrer einfach die Tür vor der Nase zumacht und weiter fährt. Ich hoffe das wird verbessert und sie lernen ihren Busfahrern mal wo die Haltestelle ist!! So if the stop is marked, then there is the stop and not a few meters further at a traffic light. J	Jane Marpel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zufriedenstellend, gute und verlässliche Fahrer auf der Linie Ibk/ Lienz - für die Corona - Wahnsinnswartezeit an der Grenze Brenner/ Österreich - kann und darf der jeweilige Fahrer - betreffend "Verspätung!" nicht zur Verantwortung gezogen werden! Bitte die Tiroler Politik für die zahlreichen Verspätungen zur Verantwortung ziehen!
