V	Victor Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überfüllt, unorganisiert, unkoordiniert, Mitarbeiter und Kunden schreien quer durch die Gänge/Räume. Einige Mitarbeiter sind teilweise sogar zu unfähig um die Nummern ordentlich aufzurufen.., es herrscht pure Verwirrung. Ich musste zum Glück nicht viel erledigen und war schnell wieder weg, aber die Menschen (vor allem Kunden) taten mir wirklich leid. Die unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter sind nicht zu überhören, wobei ich zum Glück nicht viel mit denen zu tun hatte. Auf jeden Fall ein tolles Beispiel für inkompetente Beamte in Wien. Einen Besuch dafür ist es wert. Overcrowded, unorganized, uncoordinated, employees and customers screaming across the corridors / rooms. Some employees are sometimes even too incapable of calling up the numbers properly .., there is pure confusion. Fortunately, I didn't have much to do and was gone quickly, but I really felt sorry for the people (especially customers). The unfriendly staff cannot be ignored, although luckily I didn't have much to do with them. Definitely a great example of incompetent civil servants in Vienna. It is worth a visit for this.

Vielen Dank für die Mühe die ich Ihnen gemacht habe und dass Sie mir alles genau erklärest haben ! Ich bin schnell dran gekommen und wurde sehr höflich bedient ! ??? I am always surprised how competent the employees are and no matter what stupid questions you ask, they explain it until you understand it! Thank you very much for the effort I made and for explaining everything to me in detail! I got it quickly and was served very politely! ???
