Sie hat meine Verspannungen gelöst und mir Übungen gezeigt. Dank ihr ist meine Geburt problemlos und ohne Verletzungen gelaufen, yay! Selbstverständlich bin ich auch nach Geburt bei ihr in Behandlung, damit mein Körper wieder möglichst schnell den "Normalzustand" erreicht. Sie ist sehr empathisch und spricht gleich Themen von sich aus an, gibt auch Tipps für den Alltag im Umgang mit meinem Baby. Danke Judith von ganzem Herzen für deine Zauberhände - du bist wahrlich eine Koryphäe! I can highly recommend Judith, you are in the best of hands with her :-) I visited her on the occasion of my pregnancy. She relieved my tension and showed me exercises. Thanks to her, my birth went smoothly with no injuries, yay! Of course, I also receive treatment from her after the birth so that my body can return to its "normal state" as quickly as possible. She is very empathetic and immediately addresses topics of her own accord, and also gives tips for everyday life when dealing with my baby. Thank you Judith from the bottom of my heart for your magic hands - you are truly a luminary!

Sie betreut einen in und nach der Schwangerschaft perfekt und geht genau auf einer Bedürfnisse ein. Vor allem nimmt sie einem die Angst Sport zu treiben und hilft dabei diesen auf richtige Art und Weise fortzusetzen.. Mein Baby hat sie nach der Schwangerschaft auch betreut. Der lästige Schnupfen, der über Wochen anhielt, war mit einer Behandlung endlich weg. Danke dafür! I can warmly recommend Judith especially to sporty women. She looks after you perfectly during and after your pregnancy and caters to your needs. Above all, it takes away the fear of doing sport and helps you to continue doing it in the right way. She also looked after my baby after the pregnancy. The annoying runny nose that lasted for weeks was finally gone with treatment. Thanks for that!

Ich dachte - nach Erfahrungen andernorts -, Osteopathie "wirke" bei mir nicht - bis ich zu Judith kam....sie sucht, findet und behebt das Problem! Auch nach den Schwangerschaften, die sie top begleitet hat, möchte ich sie nicht mehr missen! Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Judith macht ihre Sache so gut, dass ihr Terminkalender sehr voll ist! Simply the best!!! I thought - after experiences elsewhere - that osteopathy "doesn't work" for me - until I came to Judith....she searches, finds and fixes the problem! Even after the pregnancies, which she accompanied with great care, I wouldn't want to be without her anymore! The only small disadvantage: Judith does her job so well that her schedule is very full!

Ich komme mit Schmerzen, gestresst, verspannt zu ihr. Ich weiß oft gar nicht genau, was sie tut, weil ich während der Behandlung vollkommen abschalte. Judith aber weiß ganz genau, was sie tut, denn wenn ich die Augen dann wieder öffne, sind die Schmerzen weg, ich bin zentriert, wieder bei mir selbst. Ich gehe wie auf Wolken und bin gleichzeitig geerdet. I have been treated by Judith for years. I trust her completely as an osteopath. She often recognizes my body's signals better than I do. I come to her in pain, stressed, tense. I often don't know exactly what she's doing because I switch off completely during the treatment. But Judith knows exactly what she's doing, because when I open my eyes again, the pain is gone, I'm centered, back to myself. I walk on clouds and am grounded at the same time.

Ich bin nach der Geburt meines ersten Kindes zu Judith gekommen und das einzige, was mir leid tut ist, dass ich sie nicht schon in der Schwangerschaft entdeckt habe. :) Judith ist wahnsinnig kompetent und einfühlsam, man fühlt sich einfach wohl bei ihr. Ich bin selbst Trainerin, habe mich aber bis zu meiner Schwangerschaft kaum mit den Themen Beckenboden oder Rektusdiastase auseinandergesetzt. Durch die Einheiten bei Judith habe ich so viel in diesem Bereich dazu gelernt, und das ganz nebenbei zur bestens begleiteten individuellen Rückbildung. Mit dem Ultraschall lassen sich die Fortschritte, die man macht genau nachvollziehen und man weiß immer, wo es noch Verbesserungsbedarf gibt. Ich habe Judith jetzt schon mehrfach weiterempfohlen (auch an Frauen, deren Entbindungen Jahre zurückliegen) und alle waren begeistert! Absolute recommendation! I came to Judith after the birth of my first child and my only regret is that I didn't discover her when I was pregnant. :) Judith is incredibly competent and sensitive, you just feel comfortable with her. I am a trainer myself, but until my pregnancy I hardly dealt with the topics of pelvic floor or diastasis recti. Through the units with Judith, I have learned so much in this area, and that along with the well-accompanied individual recovery. With the ultrasound, the progress that you are making can be precisely tracked and you always know where there is still room for improvement. I have already recommended Judith to others (also to women who have given birth years ago) and everyone was delighted!
A	Anna Platzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl ich bisher aufgrund negativer Erfahrungen in der Vergangenheit so meine Zweifel an der Osteopathie hatte, habe ich auf dringende Empfehlung meiner Gynäkologin im dritten Trimester einen Termin bei Judith vereinbart, ohne mir viel davon zu erwarten. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass das die mit Abstand beste Entscheidung war, die ich treffen hätte können. Judith nimmt sich Zeit für ein ausführliches Erstgespräch und hatte auch bei den Folgeterminen immer ein offenes Ohr und ein gutes Gespür für die Themen, die mich beschäftigt haben. Sie hat sehr schnell erkannt, welche Problemchen sich bei der Geburt negativ auswirken könnten und hat diese in der Folge erfolgreich behandelt. So hat sie mich in den letzten Wochen meiner Schwangerschaft perfekt auf die Geburt vorbereitet, was mir auch dabei geholfen hat, meine Angst vor der Geburt abzubauen. Seit der (schnellen und einfachen) Geburt meines Sohnes im Dezember 2021 hat Judith mich durchs Wochenbett begleitet und sowohl mein Kind als auch mich mehrmals erfolgreich behandelt. Ich kann Judith jeder werdenden Mutter nur wärmstens empfehlen! Although I had my doubts about osteopathy due to negative experiences in the past, I made an appointment with Judith in the third trimester on the urgent recommendation of my gynecologist without expecting much from it. It turned out to be by far the best decision I could have made. Judith takes the time for a detailed initial consultation and always had an open ear and a good feeling for the topics that were on my mind during the follow-up appointments. She recognized very quickly which small problems could have a negative effect during the birth and subsequently treated them successfully. In the last few weeks of my pregnancy, she prepared me perfectly for the birth, which also helped me to reduce my fear of giving birth. Since the (quick and easy) birth of my son in December 2021, Judith has accompanied me through childbirth and has successfully treated both my child and myself several times. I can warmly recommend Judith to every mother-to-be!

Die lange Wartezeit auf einen Termin lohnt sich in jedem Fall, denn Judith leistet wirklich großartige Arbeit. Sie nimmt sich Zeit und man fühlt sich sehr wohl bei ihr. Definitiv die beste (und sympathischste) Osteopathin bei der ich war :) Judith was recommended to me by my gynecologist after the birth of my daughter and to this day I am more than grateful to him for this recommendation! The long wait for an appointment is definitely worth it, because Judith does a really great job. She takes her time and makes you feel very comfortable.
