Gerne wieder. Today the 2nd raised bed by Ortner Holz was erected ... One already 1 year ago. Both top quality, ordering process and delivery straightforward. Everything is perfect. Gladly again.

Extremely friendly staff, in the office as well as on the farm. Always get the bark mulch there, the trailer is usually loaded with a wheel loader ?
J	Johannes Land on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Rückfrage zu dem 2.Wahl Hochbeet wurde mir vom Büroleiter gesagt, dass das Holz schadhaft sein kann. So weit so gut...nach insgesamt 1,5 Std Fahrzeit waren dann die beiden Hochbeete zu Hause. Beim Entladen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Holz nicht nur Schadhaft war, sondern auch ungleichförmig geschnitten und teilweise nicht gehobelt war. Nach Rückfrage im Büro, wurde mir nach zusenden von Fotos und etwas Widerstand (der Büroleiter zu mir: der Typ geht mir am Ar....) gesagt, dass das Holz ausgetauscht wird. Also habe ich die schlimmsten Holzstücke genommen und wieder zurückgebracht. Leider wurde mir trotz Zusage das Holz nicht ausgetauscht, da es laut Hobelmeister bei der 2. Wahl so ist (zu kurz, zu lang, schief geschnitten und nicht gehobelt). Wieder 1,5 Std Fahrzeit für nichts und wieder nichts. Resümee: Für mich nur ein Mühlviertler Massiv Schadholz aus dem noch ordentlich Geld gemacht wird. Und bei solcher Einkaufssumme lt. Hrn. Str. braucht man sich auch nicht mehr erwarten...sind ja "nur" 500€. Danke. Nicht noch einmal. After asking for the second choice raised bed, I was told by the office manager that the wood can be damaged. So far so good ... after a total of 1.5 hours driving time then the two raised beds were at home. When unloading, we found that the wood was not only damaged, but also unevenly cut and partially not planed. After consultation in the office, I was after sending photos and some resistance (the office manager to me: the guy I am the Ar ....) said that the wood is replaced. So I took the worst bits of wood and brought them back. Unfortunately, despite the promise, the wood was not replaced, as it is according to planing master in the second choice (too short, too long, wrong cut and not planed). Again 1.5 hours driving time for nothing and nothing again. Summary: For me, only a Mühlviertler massif damaged wood from the money is still made properly. And with such a purchase sum according to Mr. Str. You need not expect more ... are "only" 500 €. Thank you. Not again.
