Unser Sohn hat nun viel zu kleine Sandalen aufgrund der Inkompetenz der Verkäuferin und nach meiner Reklamation nach ca. 20 Metern außerhalb des Geschäftes kam lediglich der lapidare Kommentar: "Diese Schuhe sind bereits geschliffen und waren draußen". Das ist für uns angesichts eines vierjährigen einfach nur lächerlich! Schade eigentlich, denn auch in unserem Freundeskreis stieß die Reaktion auf Unverständnis! Familie Matauschek We have been regular customers of Roßböck for years but will buy our shoes elsewhere, because the advice and the purchase this week were really anything but professional. Our son has now too small sandals due to the incompetence of the saleswoman and after my complaint after about 20 meters outside the shop came only the terse comment: "These shoes are already sanded and were outside". This is easy for us given a four year old just ridiculous! It's a pity, because even in our circle of friends the reaction met with incomprehension! Family Matauschek

Durch Empfehlungen kamen wir nach Kindberg zu dieser Firma mit unseren 1 1/2 jährigen Sohn um für ihn Schuhe und Sandalen zu kaufen. Wir wurden das erste mal über das wichtige gerade schleifen der Schuhe vom Chef persönlich aufgeklärt. Wir kommen sicher für die nächsten Schuhe wieder und können sie nur weiter empfehlen!!! Very familial operation with nice and competent sales assistants! Through recommendations we came to Kindberg to this company with our 1 1/2 year old son to buy shoes and sandals for him. We were the first time informed about the important straight sanding of the shoes personally by the boss. We are sure to come back for the next shoes and can only recommend them !!!
