Ich bin Schreinermeister und habe einen kleineren Schreinerbetrieb. Unsere Spezialtät sind Einbauküchen. Auf der Suche nach einer Komplettlösung für unser Büro bin ich auf Orgacalc gestoßen. Nach einem Messebesuch und einer Onlinevorführung bin ich total begeistert. Mir wurde ein Programm präsentiert das nicht nur Fakturierung kann. Von Kalkulation speziell für Schreiner/Tischler über Bestellwesen, Holzlisten, Zuschnittoptimierung, Warenwirtschaft. Das ganze in einer Tollen Grafik und Benutzeroberfläche. Vorgestellt von einem großartigen Chef der sich auch bestens auskennt. Zugegeben ich habe noch nicht mit dem Programm gearbeitet. Ich suche schon ca. 15 Jahre nach sowas und musste mich immer wieder mit weniger zufrieden geben als ich wollte. Bisher aber sehr beeindruckend und ich werde weiter berichten. Update: September 2020: Nachdem wir im Betrieb (Schreinerei mit ca. 8 Mitarbeitern) Orgacalc seit ca. 1,5 Jahren benutzen ein Zwischenbericht: Wir benutzen Orgacalc auf 3 Arbeitsplätzen für Kalkulation, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Zeiterfassung, Fakturierung und seit ca. 1 Monat auch für die Warenwirtschaft. Vorab, wir sind sehr zufrieden. Das das Thema so komplex ist und wir so lange für eine gute Einarbeitung brauchen hätte ich nicht gedacht. Bin aber der Überzeugung das es nicht am Programm, sondern an der Vielseitigkeit und der wahnsinnigen Aufgabenstellung. Der Support einmalig und sehr geduldig. Das Programm wurde mit uns an unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Hier ein riesiger Dank von mir an den Support. DANKE Orgacalc kann irrsinnig viel und man stößt wöchentlich auf neue Funktionen, oder andere Wege die Aufgaben zu lösen. Am schwierigsten viel uns die besten Wege für uns zu finden, die Funktionsweise des Programmes bei komplexen Aufgaben zu finden und mit den "Begrifflichkeiten" des Programms bzw. dessen Funktionen, klar zu kommen. Inzwischen haben wir begonnen die Warenwirtschaft zu integrieren. Die Zeiterfassung über Barcode und App funktioniert sehr gut. (Hier erwarte ich schon sehnsüchtig auf die Online-App) Alle Vorgänge für die Arbeitsvorbereitung (Holzlisten, Bestellungen,....) gehen Reibungslos und Schreinerorientiert. Die Kalkulation ist ein riesiges Werkzeug und seit dem Umstieg auf Orgacalc für alle im Büro nachvollziehbar und somit für uns auch nachhaltig für die Nachkalkulation und die nächsten Aufträge. Wahnsinn ist, wie vielseitig und anpassungsfähig die "Report" Funktion ist. (Also alles was das Programm ausdruckt, ausspuckt) Hier kann man selbst Anpassungen, Parameter, Layout ändern. (Wenn man sich damit befasst) oder Orgacalc verändern lassen. Auch die Baugruppenfunktion (z.B. Selbstberechnende Holzlisten, Preise) ist irrsinnig umfangreich. (Aber auch komplex) Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Orgacalc und empfehle es sofort weiter. Ein kleines Aber habe ich : Bitte auf keinen Fall beim Umstieg den Aufwand unterschätzen den man für das einarbeiten braucht. Alles auf einmal zu "lernen", ist unmöglich und so muss man klein anfangen und dann Funktion für Funktion dazu nehmen.

I am a master carpenter and have a smaller carpentry business. Our specialty are fitted kitchens. While looking for a complete solution for our office, I came across Orgacalc. After a trade fair visit and an online demonstration, I am absolutely thrilled. I was presented with a program that does more than just billing. From calculation especially for joiners / joiners to ordering, timber lists, cutting optimization, merchandise management. All in a great graphic and user interface. Introduced by a great boss who is also very knowledgeable. Admittedly, I have not yet worked with the program. I've been looking for something like this for about 15 years and always had to be satisfied with less than I wanted. But so far very impressive and I will continue to report. Update: September 2020: After we have been using Orgacalc in the company (carpentry with approx. 8 employees) for approx. 1.5 years an interim report: We use Orgacalc on 3 workstations for calculation, work preparation, time recording, invoicing and for about 1 month also for inventory management. First of all, we are very satisfied. I would not have thought that the topic is so complex and that it would take us so long for a good familiarization. But I am convinced that it is not the program, but the versatility and the insane task. The support is unique and very patient. The program was adapted to our needs with us. Here a huge thank you from me to the support. THANK YOU Orgacalc can do a lot and you come across new functions or other ways to solve the tasks every week. The most difficult thing was to find the best ways for us, to find the functionality of the program for complex tasks and to get along with the "terminology" of the program and its functions. In the meantime we have started to integrate the inventory management. The time recording via barcode and app works very well. (Here I am eagerly awaiting the online app) All processes for work preparation (wood lists, orders, ...) go smoothly and are carpenter-oriented. The calculation is a huge tool and since the switch to Orgacalc it is understandable for everyone in the office and therefore also sustainable for us for the post-calculation and the next orders. It's amazing how versatile and adaptable the "Report" feature is. (So everything that the program prints out, spits out) Here you can make adjustments, parameters and layout yourself. (If you deal with it) or have Orgacalc changed. The assembly function (e.g. self-calculating timber lists, prices) is also incredibly extensive. (But also complex) We are very satisfied with Orgacalc and recommend it immediately. I have a small but: Please do not underestimate the effort that you will need to incorporate when switching. To "learn" everything at once is impossible and so you have to start small and then add function by function.
