I and my husband used to be very satisfied with the doctor. Unfortunately the receptionists have become very rude! Otherwise there would be 5 stars.

Wahrscheinlich muss man schon etwas sehr ernstes haben damit man so dran kommt. Aber die Ärzte können für ihre Mitarbeiter nichts. I have been sent home from the reception because I had no appointment. I just wanted to get sick leave for the company. You probably have to have something very serious to get it done. But doctors can not help their employees.

I was taken in with pain in my back, and the doctor was really competent, funny and empathetic and was able to solve some of the blockages

Ich musste jedoch trotzdem 30min warten bevor die Ärztin Zeit fand. Ich benötigte lediglich eine Bestätigung, dass ich nicht farbenblind bin und hatte sogar den vorgeschriebenen Test und das Formular selbst dabei. Die Ärztin beriet sich danach weitere 15 Minuten und schickte mich danach wieder weg, weil sie dafür nicht zuständig sei... Beim Hausarzt in der Nachbargemeinde kein Problem und in 5min erledigt. I had a fixed appointment in the afternoon and there was not a single patient in the ordination apart from me. However, I still had to wait 30 minutes before the doctor found the time. All I needed was confirmation that I was not color blind and I even had the required test and form with me. The doctor then consulted for another 15 minutes and then sent me away again because she was not responsible for it ... No problem with the family doctor in the neighboring community and done in 5 minutes.

Zum Schluss wurde noch gelacht von Arzt und Assistentin also mein Kind fast von der Liege gefalle ist! Schaut zwar immer das Blut genau an wenn bei einen Kind was ist aber sonst leider nicht zu empfehlen für Kinder!
