C	CallmeCia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen die dort arbeiten sind grundsätzlich nett und auch nicht unhöflich…aber mein Freund ist mit meinem kleinen jungen Kater zum Tierarzt weil er komisch krächzt und ich mir sorgen mache das es schlimmer werden könnte. Behandlungsgebühren sind ja gut und recht aber ich finde das 36 Euro etwas teuer ist, für das dass nur gesagt wird das er Kerngesund sein soll. Ich unterstelle hier nicht das die Ärztinnen nicht kompetent sind aber meinem Tier geht es nicht so gut und man sagt uns nur er sei Gesund…Kein tipp wie man das krächzen lindern kann oder damit es nicht schlimmer wird… Bei einer anderen Tierärztin (bei der war ich weil dieser zu dem Zeitpunkt geschlossen hatte) konnte man mir auch nen simplen Trick zeigen damit eine leicht anfangende Augenentzündung nicht schlimmer wird. Und dort war es dann auch billiger. So nett die Leute dort auch sind aber in Zukunft geh ich zu der anderen Tierärztin The ladies who work there are generally nice and not rude ... but my friend is with my little boy tomcat to the vet because he croaks weird and I'm worried that it could get worse. Treatment fees are all well and good, but I think that 36 euros is a bit expensive, for which it is only said that it should be very healthy. I am not implying that the doctors are not competent, but my animal is not doing so well and we are only told that it is healthy ... No tip on how to relieve the croak or so that it does not get worse ... With another vet (who was I because it had closed at the time) they could show me a simple trick so that an eye infection that started easily would not get worse. And then it was cheaper there too. As nice as the people there are, in the future I'll go to the other vet
E	Elisabeth Neidhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann nur gutes über das Team sagen,auch wenn wir unsere 2 schätze verloren haben...beide Ärztinnen haben alles getan um Tyson und Luna zu retten und außerdem ist telefonisch so gut wie immer jemand erreichbar. gäbe es 10 Sterne würde ich 10 geben I can only say good things about the team, even if we lost our two treasures ... both doctors did everything they could to save Tyson and Luna and someone is almost always available by phone. if there were 10 stars I would give 10
I	Irene H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Katze hatte eine Augenverletzung, sie hätte fast das Auge verloren, der ganze Heilungsprozess war sehr langwierig & schwerfällig. Von Anfang an war das ganze Team der Tierarzt Praxis extrem freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr professionell. Als Tierhalter eines geliebten Tieres, möchte man sein Tier nicht leiden sehen, man möchte einen Tierarzt der erreichbar ist, schnelle, konkrete Abhilfen/Lösungen anbietet und es auch machen kann. All dies war die Ordination Preissegger-Illgenfritz für mich. Obwohl das Auge meiner Katze wirklich 1-2 Mal auf der Kippe stand, konnte es durch den Einsatz des Teams gerettet werden. Das Auge ist jetzt wieder in einem sehr guten Zustand und fast wieder wie damals. Ich bin sehr dankbar darüber! Ich bin mir bewusst, das es für Tierärzte nicht leicht ist immer erreichbar zu sein, aber bin sehr dankbar darüber wenn ein Tierarzt die Möglichkeiten hat/findet dies so zu organisieren und auch medizinisch am neuesten Stand bleibt. My cat had an eye injury, it almost lost its eye, the whole healing process was very tedious and cumbersome. Right from the start, the whole team at the veterinary practice was extremely friendly, always available and very professional. As a pet owner of a beloved animal, you don't want to see your animal suffer, you want a veterinarian who is available, offers quick, concrete remedies / solutions and can do it. The Preissegger-Illgenfritz ordination was all of this for me. Although my cat's eye was really on the edge 1-2 times, the team's efforts saved it. The eye is now in very good condition again and almost like it was back then. I am very grateful for that! I am aware that it is not easy for veterinarians to always be available, but I am very grateful if a veterinarian has / finds the opportunity to organize this and is also medically up-to-date.

(fast) Alles habe wir schon durchgemacht mit den zwei Katerchen und uns wurde immer super geholfen - auch eine Übernachtung gab's dort schon. Perfekte Betreuung. Da hat man ein sehr gutes Gefühl, wenn der Kater bei euch ist. Danke :) We always like to go there with our 2 big house tigers. All - really all - are super friendly and very empathetic. We've been through (almost) everything with the two tomcats and we've always had great help - we've even had an overnight stay there. Perfect care. You have a very good feeling when the cat is with you. Thank you :)

Nach dem Einschläfern meines Hundes dort im vergangenen Herbst, wollte ich die Ordination nicht mehr sehen und zog einen Wechsel in Betracht. Aber ich bleibe ihr doch weiterhin mit meinen Katzen treu, da ich zu den beiden Damen ein großes Vertrauensverhältnis aufgebaut habe und lieber etwas mehr bezahle, dafür meine Vierbeiner aber gut aufgehoben sind! I have been taking my animals to this veterinary practice for a number of years. Very empathetic, accurate and cordial in dealing with patients and their two-legged friends. After my dog was put to sleep there last fall, I no longer wanted to see the surgery and considered a change. But I will continue to remain loyal to her with my cats, because I have built up a great relationship of trust with the two ladies and would rather pay a little more, but my four-legged friends are in good hands!
