Man kann den Arzt nur per Schriftverkehr erreichen und wenn man dann noch einen Termin kurzfristig absagen muss und um einen neuen Termin bittet, kommt eine Nachricht des Herrn Doktors "kurze terminabsagen sind nicht akzeptabel. Suchen Sie sich bitte einen anderen Arzt" Genau das kann ich jedem empfehlen. Sucht euch einen anderen Arzt. Pretty unfriendly. Man bekommt sehr schnell einen Ersttermin, die Praxis ist sauber, es gibt Therapievorschläge und er stellt einen Befund aus. Auch gibt es regelmäßige Kontrolltermine. Die erste persönliche Kontaktaufnahme funktioniert zwar gut, mangels Erfahrung nimmt man an, dass der Arzt auch wirklich professionell agiert. ABER was dann folgt, ist unorganisiert und entspricht überhaupt nicht den Patientenerwartungen. Es funktioniert alles nur über elektronischen E-Mailverkehr. Das ewige hin und herschreiben nervt gigantisch. Es gibt keine Ordinationszeiten, eine Planung ist nicht möglich- egal wann man sich meldet. Antworten: … bei der Planung bin ixh erst am TT.MM… Wieder warten und wieder schreiben : Nein, ich kann Ihnen nur an diesem Tag und dieser Uhrzeit etwas anbieten…. Keine alternativen Tage/ Uhrzeiten- keine Anrede, kein Danke oder ein freundliches Wort. Diesem Arzt sind Patienten total egal, er nimmt sie überhaupt nicht wahr, geschweige, dass er sich Zeit nimmt. Aber regt sich mächtig über die negativen Rezessionen hier auf. Ahja und immer schön eine Überweisung mitnehmen! Unfortunately, I can only agree with the previous negative reports. Dr. Somsak stellt gezielt Fragen, und auch die verordneten Medikamente haben in meinem Fall optimal gepasst. Ich empfehle Dr. Somsak als guten Diagnostiker gerne weiter. Ich war schon bei mehreren Psychiatern in Behandlung gewesen, aber bei keinem habe ich so schnell einen Termin bekommen und wurde so gut behandelt. Woanders muss man auf einen Termin mindestens 2 Monaten warten. Natürlich gab es manchmal Probleme mit der Terminvergabe, aber Dr. Somsak antwortet sogar am Abend und Wochenende was ich als einen riesen Vorteil im Vergleich zu anderen Ärzten finde. Besprochen haben wir immer alles was ich gebraucht habe. Dr. Somsak kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. With the treatment at Dr. Somsak I was very satisfied. Der erste Termin beinhaltete zusätzlich zum ausführlichen Gespräch eine Untersuchung. Anfangs waren die Zeitspannen zwischen den Terminen kürzer, ich fühlte mich also wirklich gut betreut. Medikamente wurden mir erst auf meinen Wunsch verschrieben, als die Psychotherapie nicht den gewünschten Erfolg brachte. Und diese haben mir super geholfen. Ich kann Herrn Dr. Somsak nur weiterempfehlen. Er war immer sehr freundlich und ich bin ihm wirklich sehr dankbar für die effektive Behandlung. I was very bad. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Praxis (sowohl Warteraum als auch Arztzimmer) könnten liebevoller und einladender eingerichtet sein.
