Great doctor, takes her time, is competent and best of all, if you have an appointment, you get your turn at the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tut mir leid aber so eine unfreundliche Sprechstundenhilfe habe ich noch nie erlebt . Mal abgesehen davon wie die Dame mit mir umgegangen ist (Kopfschütteln, schnippische Bemerkungen , uvm) finde ich es nicht in Ordnung wie sie mit einer etwas älteren Dame vor mir umgegangen ist (E-Card wurde aus der Hand gerissen , genervtes Verhalten weil die Dame schlecht gehört hat , kein Danke und kein Bitte ...) . Das ist doch kein angemessenes Verhalten , wobei man noch dazu sagen muss , das die genannte Sprechstundenhilfe schlechte Deutschkenntnisse vorweist. Nein danke einmal und nie wieder !
I'm sorry, but I've never seen such an unfriendly office hour help. Apart from how the lady treated me (shaking her head, snippy comments, and much more) I don't think it's okay how she treated a slightly older lady in front of me (e-card was torn from my hand, annoyed behavior because the lady heard badly, no thanks and no request ...). That is not appropriate behavior, although one has to add that the mentioned office hours help shows poor knowledge of German. No thanks once and never again!
