Aber 3 - 4 Stunden Wartezeit is erbärmlich deswegen nur 2 Sterne Probably the best family doctor I know and one who definitely makes an effort to get to the bottom of your problems .. ... but 3 - 4 hours of waiting is pitiful, so only 2 stars
T	Thomas Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich anrief und freundlich um Hilfe bezüglich eines bestimmten Sachverhalts bat, wurde mir von der Dame am anderen ende der Leitung auf unhöflichste und vorwurfsvolle weise mitgeteilt, das sie mir nicht helfen könne. Letztlich wurde mir nicht weitergeholfen, ich beendete das Gespräch und stand mit meinem Problem alleine da. When I called and kindly asked for help with a specific issue, the lady on the other end of the line told me in the most rude and reproachful manner that she could not help me. In the end I was not helped, I ended the conversation and was left alone with my problem.
g	good_boy_1991 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter und kompetenter Arzt der sich Zeit für die Anliegen seiner Patienten nimmt, man fühlt sich sehr gut verstanden vom Arzt. Zwei Sterne Abzug lediglich auf Grund der sehr schlechten Organisation, man ruft an, bekommt einen Termin für 9 Uhr und kommt um 11.15 Uhr dran. Dann nach der Behandlung zum Kontrolltermin geladen worden und bei den Damen an der Rezeption einen Termin für die Kontrolle erhalten und auch dann trotz Termin über eineinhalb Stunden Wartezeit am Tag der Kontrolle. Very nice and competent doctor who takes time for the concerns of his patients, you feel very well understood by the doctor. Two star deduction only due to the very poor organization, you call, get an appointment for 9 a.m. and get there at 11:15 a.m. Then after the treatment you were invited to the check-up appointment and received an appointment for the check-up at the reception desk and even then, despite the appointment, you waited over an hour and a half on the day of the check-up.

Unwillig ihre Arbeit richtig zu machen und leider auch respektlos im Umgang mit ihren Patienten. Ich lies mir danach von einem anderen Arzt in der nähe helfen, wo ich auch schnell und nett behandelt wurde. Wenn ich wider mal ärztliche Hilfe benötige, verzichte ich lieber auf die Hilfe der Mitarbeiterinnen bei Dr. Hörmann. Unfriendly, unmotivated employees made an incompetent impression on me. Reluctant to do their job properly and, unfortunately, disrespectful in their dealings with their patients. I then had another doctor nearby help me, where I was treated quickly and kindly. If I ever need medical help, I prefer to forego the help of the staff at Dr. Hörmann.
D	Daniela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt zwar sehr gut jedoch einige Mitarbeiterinnen sehr unfreundlich - man wird auch über seine Symptome von der Empfangsdame ausgelacht, finde ich eine Frechheit!!! Ging etliche Jahre hin, werde mir aber jetzt einen neuen Hausarzt suchen. Des Weiteren sind auch Dir Wartezeiten eine Katastrophe. Although the doctor was very good, some of the employees were very unfriendly - the receptionist laughed at you about your symptoms, I find it cheeky!!! Went there for a number of years, but will now be looking for a new family doctor. Waiting times are also a disaster for you.
