S	Sabine Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten uns sehr gefreut eine offensichtlich sehr nette und kompetente Ärztin gefunden zu haben...ohne ewige Warterei auf einen Termin und gleich in der Nähe (zu Fuß erreichbar). Leider hat die Krankenkasse...aus welchen Gründen auch immer die Karte meiner Tochter gesperrt. Die Dame an der Rezeption rief sofort bei der Krankenkasse an und dort wurde bestätigt das der Patient versichert ist und eine neue Karte geschickt wird (wieso die aktuelle gesperrt war konnte nicht eruiert werden) so weit so gut. Kind also versichert, neue Karten am Weg und trotzdem wollte man 40 Euro Einsatz. Hatte Kind natürlich nicht mit und sie wurde weggeschickt. Ich muss erwähnen das sie 17 ist und positiv getestet hat. Tausend Ängste und Sorgen und Fragen im Kopf hatte und es bei dem Termin sicherlich um mehr ging als eine reine Schwangerschaftsbestätigung. Ich bin daraufhin gleich auf die Krankenkasse gefahren. Dort erklärte man mir das jede Ordination eine orange Karte zum stecken hat und man meine Tochter weder hätte wegschicken dürfen, noch 40 Euro Einsatz verlangen. Es wurde seitens der Krankenkasse eine ordnungsgemäße Versicherung bestätigt. Nunja...wir werden jetzt nicht warten bis die neue Karte da ist, sondern uns einen anderen Arzt suchen. Schade. War alles sehr vielversprechend. We were very happy to have found an obviously very nice and competent doctor ... without eternal waiting for an appointment and in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance). Unfortunately, the health insurance ... for whatever reason, the card blocked my daughter. The lady at the reception immediately called the health insurance and there it was confirmed that the patient is insured and a new card is sent (why the current was locked could not be determined) so far so good. So kid insured, new maps on the way and still wanted to use 40 euros. Of course, did not have child and she was sent away. I have to mention that she is 17 and tested positive. Thousands of fears and worries and questions in my head and the appointment was certainly more than a mere pregnancy confirmation. I then went straight to the health insurance. There I was told that every ordination has an orange card to stick and you should neither send my daughter away, nor 40 euros demand. It was confirmed by the health insurance a proper insurance. Well ... we will not wait until the new card arrives, but look for another doctor. Too bad. Everything was very promising.

Super finde ich das Tool, um online einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Beautiful ordination, pleasant atmosphere, very competent and sensitive doctor. Takes enough time. v	ve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Ordinationshilfe, die für alles eine Lösung findet (obwohl ich ansonsten keine Patientin von Frau Dr. Ballon bin). Frau Dr. Ballon nimmt sich Zeit, ausführlich zu erklären und ist dabei sehr nett; dennoch kurze Wartezeit! Die Ordination ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ganz klare Empfehlung! Very friendly and courteous ordination assistant who finds a solution for everything (although I am not otherwise a patient of Dr. Ballon). Miss Dr. Ballon takes the time to explain in detail and is very nice about it; nevertheless short waiting time! The ordination is modern and very well equipped. Very clear recommendation!

Wenn ich für einen Ultraschall 40 € bezahle, dann möchte ich auch genau untersucht werden, auch wenn ich keine Beschwerden habe. Schade. Friendliness ok. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like I was being examined closely. The ultrasound examination lasted a maximum of 30 seconds. If I pay 40 € for an ultrasound, then I would also like to be examined carefully, even if I have no complaints. Too bad.
