Von der Terminvereinbarung (auch online möglich) bis hin zum Empfang durch die sehr sympathische Dame am Empfang bis hin zum Erstgespräch mit Dr. Heßler hat rund herum einfach alles gestimmt. Fr. Dr. Heßler hat sich sehr sehr viel Zeit genommen und ist wirklich sehr tief in meine Krankengeschichte eingetaucht. Es gab ein Gespräch auf Augenhöhe und nicht von oben herab. Ich habe sie als empathisch, freundlich und sehr kompetent wahr genommen. Die Blutabnahme habe ich nicht mal gespürt und ich bin da nicht so ein leichter Fall. Ich kann Fr. Dr. Heßler mit ihrem Team von ganzem Herzen uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Spoiler: I've never felt so comfortable and taken seriously by a doctor. From making an appointment (also possible online) to the reception by the very personable lady at the reception to the first meeting with Dr. All around, Hessler was just right. Dr. Hessler took a lot of time and really immersed himself very deeply in my medical history. There was a conversation at eye level and not from above. I perceived her as empathetic, friendly and very competent. I didn’t even feel the blood draw and I’m not such an easy case. I can thank Ms. Wholeheartedly recommend Heßler and her team to others.
