Technically extremely capable and competent workforce, well and very tightly organized, almost no waiting time. I'm very satisfied, everyone is nice and friendly.

Eine abwechslungsreiche Physiotherapie half mir, meine gesamte Gesundheit zu verbessern. Gut gefallen hat mir, dass hier der Fokus nicht nur auf dem Knie sondern an der Gesamtkörperhaltung lag. War sehr zufrieden! This visit saved me from knee surgery: I finally had Dr. Knappitsch the feeling of having reached someone who understands his subject! A varied physiotherapy helped me to improve my overall health. I liked the fact that the focus here wasn't just on the knee but on the overall posture. Was very satisfied!
N	Nicole Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Physiotherapie sehr zu empfehlen. Frau Knappitsch arbeitet selbst in ihrem Team mit. Für mich ist sie sehr kompetent und versteht ihr Handwerk. Sie versucht für jedes Wehwehchen eine Lösung zu finden. Auch die anderen Physiotherapeuten sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Massagen sind gut jedoch viel zu kurz. Was aber an den Vorgaben der ÖGK und nicht am Institut selbst liegt. Die Masseure selbst machen ihre Arbeit sehr gut und gehen auf Anregungen und Wünsche ein. Beim Betreten des Institutes wird man freundlich empfangen. Die Damen am Empfang sind sehr zuvorkommend. Und großes Lob - Top Planung! So gut wie keine Wartezeiten während den Therapien. Zusammenfassend bleibt zu sagen: Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Räumlichkeiten, die könnten schöner sein, moderner. Es ist halt kein Spa. Dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Physiotherapy highly recommended. Ms. Knappitsch works in her team herself. For me she is very competent and understands her craft. She tries to find a solution for every ailment. The other physiotherapists are also highly recommended. The massages are good but much too short. But what is due to the requirements of the ÖGK and not the institute itself. The masseurs themselves do their job very well and respond to suggestions and requests. When you enter the institute, you are warmly welcomed. The ladies at the front desk are very accommodating. And high praise - top planning! Almost no waiting times during the therapies. In summary, one can say: Definitely recommendable. There is a deduction for the rooms, which could be nicer, more modern. It's not fun. You should be aware of that.
M	Mone P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war in der Vergangenheit zufrieden. Aber was ich bei der derzeitigen Therapie erlebt hab? Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption die vor 7:05 ohne Grüßen vorbei läuft (nicht mal eine Antwort). Und als Patientin, die ruhig und höflich ist, vor allen Leuten lächerlich gemacht zu werden (O-Ton:" sie hatte Angst deswegen hat sie sich nicht hier hin getraut" ) ist niveaulos. Und sich neben Patienten über andere Patienten lustig zu machen ist auch nicht stilvoll. 2 Punkte weil Zeiten eingehalten werden und sich nicht alle daneben benehmen I've been satisfied in the past. But what I have experienced with the current therapy ? Reception staff who pass by before 7:05 am without greeting (not even an answer). And as a patient who is calm and polite to be ridiculed in front of everyone (interview: "she was afraid, that's why she didn't dare to come here") is level. And making fun of other patients next to patients is not stylish either. 2 points because times are kept and not everyone misbehaves

Auch die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm, ein Ort wo man sich wohlfühlt und einem geholfen wird, und man hat nicht das Gefühl wie am Förderband abgefertigt zu werden, da es auch zwischendurch was zum Scherzen gibt. Weiters möchte ich Fr.Conny und Fr.Claudia meinen persönlichen Dank aussprechen,perfekte Arbeit!! Dankeschön an das gesamte Team! P	Peter Buns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle sehr nett und verbindlich, gute Organisation, keine Wartezeiten. Ob die Therapien bei mir erfolgreich waren, kann ich noch nicht wirklich beantworten. Besserung aber auf jeden fall. Den einen Punkt ziehe ich für die nüchterne Location ab - die Vohänge und sonstige Teile würden sich sicher einmal über eine gründliche Reinigung oder auch Erneuerung freuen...nichts für ungut ? All very nice and friendly, good organization, no waiting times. I can't really answer yet whether the therapies were successful for me. But definitely improvement. I deduct one point for the sober location - the curtains and other parts would certainly be happy about a thorough cleaning or renewal ... no offense ?
