Danke, dass ihr euch die Zeit genommen habt die es braucht um sich in Ruhe eine Brille ( die erste ) anpassen zu lassen.
Ich arbeite selbst im Kundendienst und weiß daher eine gute Beratung sehr zu schätzen, finde diese aber immer seltener.
Daher ist es mir wichtig, dass das auch bekannt wird.
Freundlich, geduldig, kompetent und das Ganze in angenehmer Atmosphäre, was will man mehr.
Egal ob Sonnenbrille oder optische Gläser, bis jetzt immer zufrieden, hat immer gepasst.

I work in customer service myself and therefore I really appreciate good advice, but I find it less and less.
It is therefore important to me that this is also known.
Friendly, patient, competent and the whole thing in a pleasant atmosphere, what more could you want.
Whether sunglasses or optical glasses, so far always satisfied, always worked.
