Dass sie sich alsImmobilienmakler ausgibt ist schon mal unfassbar!
So eine inkompetente Frau habe ich selten erlebt. Schon bei der Besichtigung hat Sie sich nicht mal vorgestellt. Sie machte die TĂŒr auf und schweigt, man muss ihr alles aus der Nase ziehen, als wĂŒrde sie die Wohnung nicht vermieten wollen wĂŒrde.
Ihre Art von Arroganz kam nicht wenig rĂŒber.
Termine werden nicht wahr genommen, man musste immer nachfragen wie es weiter geht bzw. wie weit sie sei. Als man die Wohnung zusagt und zuversichert bekommt und alle Dokumente bereits ausgefĂŒllt und abgeschickt hat kam sie dann mit eine telefonische Aussage, dass Sie die Wohnung Jemand anderen vergeben hat. Daran sei der EigentĂŒmer schuld, meinte sie. Uns einfach dreist angelogen hat sie auch noch.
In ihre Makleranbot steht, dass Sie die 2 Brutto Monatsmiete zzgl. 20% Ust in BAR beim unterschrieben des Mietvertrag mitbringen soll, was nicht ganz normal ist bei so einer Summe.
Die EigentĂŒmer wussten wohl nicht auf was Sie sich da eingelassen haben, so eine inkompetente Frau Ihre Immobilien anzuvertrauen.
Was fĂŒr eine Frechheit die Sie sich hier erlaubt hat!

The fact that she is posing as a real estate agent is unbelievable!
I have seldom seen such an incompetent woman. She didn't even introduce herself during the tour. She opened the door and is silent, everything has to be pulled out of her nose, as if she didn't want to rent the apartment.
Her kind of arrogance came across quite a bit.
Appointments are not kept, you always had to ask how things went on or how far it was. When the apartment was promised and insured and all the documents had already been filled in and sent off, she came with a telephone statement that she had given the apartment to someone else. The owner was to blame for that, she said. She also lied to us boldly.
Your brokerage offer states that you should bring the 2 gross monthly rent plus 20% VAT in cash when signing the rental agreement, which is not entirely normal with such a sum.
The owners probably didn't know what you were getting yourself into to entrust your property to such an incompetent woman.
What a cheek she allowed herself here!
