Sehr freundlich und kompetent. Daher 100%ige Weiterempfehlung von uns! Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal! We had an emergency and despite the holiday season Ömer had time and came over to repair the broken Rolo. Very friendly and competent. Therefore 100% recommendation from us! M	Marlene B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So eine unseriöse Firma ist mir noch nie untergekommen!! Kommunikation war schon sehr schwierig, da nur alle paar Tage auf E-Mail geantwortet wird. Nach ca. einem Monat hatte ich endlich alle Informationen bzgl. der Bestellung und wollte sie bestellen, da teilt mir der Herr mit dass sich innerhalb 2 Wochen alles geändert hat, keine Anzahlung von 60% wie vorab per Mail mir mitgeteilt wurde sondern er wollte nun die volle Vorauszahlung und Lieferdatum konnte er mir auch keines nennen!! Also wäre mein Ware wahrscheinlich NIE angekommen..Die Aussage auf solche Kunden wie mich benötigt er sowieso nicht und er storniert das alles!! Also hier fühlt man sich wie ein Verbrecher- nicht wie ein Kunde. Traurig, dass ich fast herein gefallen wäre. Also Finger weg und lieber 200€ mehr für eine Markise bezahlen. I have never come across such a dubious company !! Communication was already very difficult as emails are only replied to every few days. After about a month I finally had all the information about the order and wanted to order it, because the gentleman informs me that everything has changed within 2 weeks, no deposit of 60% as was communicated to me in advance by email, but he wanted now He couldn't tell me the full advance payment and delivery date either !! So my goods would probably NEVER have arrived. He doesn't need the statement to customers like me anyway and he cancels everything !! So here you feel like a criminal - not like a customer. Sorry I almost fell in. So hands off and prefer to pay € 200 more for an awning.

Lieferzeit ging zwar etwas länger als auf dem Angebot angegeben, aber dafür kann die Firma nichts, die muss sich auch auf die Angaben seiner Lieferanten verlassen bzw kann nur dies dem Kunden mitteilen. Insgesamt super Beratung und schnelle Arbeit beim Montieren. Competent and friendly advice. The delivery time was a little longer than stated on the offer, but the company cannot do anything about it, it has to rely on the information provided by its suppliers or can only communicate this to the customer. Overall great advice and quick assembly work.
