Highly arrogant, careless SALES team. They were reluctant to give car for a test drive. They did not even talk about the condition of the car. I felt like I was begging for a car instead of purchasing one. Agreed, the prices are competitive but, this doesn't give them any right to be so rude to the customers. I will never buy a car from here just because of the arrogant staff. Tomorrow if something goes wrong with the car, I don't want to deal with such people who don't care about customer service. It's a risk. Had bad experience with these 2 guys: Pe**r Lei**er and H**s-Pe**r Ben***kt.

Disaster, run away from this company. It is better to spend 10% more and buy a car from other saloon or private person. They didn´t accept my warranty, although problem happened on engine after 6 months. Now I will hire a lawyer. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Don´t let low prices fool you!!

I was handling with Mr. Sorman. Very unprofessional, wrong information and lying (also different info from customer service and seller). After my meeting in Leiboch and reservation i was 3 weeks waiting, no email response. car sold to someone else..

The personnel is unprofessional, uninterested, rude and impolite. I must expose Harald Zöller who was just unbelievably rude and actually got into a verbal fight with me. At the end, when he delivered the car in front of the salon, he was driving like a nuthead through the parking with a cold engine. Just unbelievable... The papers for the car I bought took more than 2 weeks, in between they didn't gave any information, nothing. However, the car I got was good value and so far I'm pleased with it. But the customer service in my case was a disaster!

My father bought a car here so I decided to try my luck. I called today morning to see if a car was available as I would be driving from Vienna to Dobl. I asked the lady on the phone if it was available and if she could reserve it. She said yes and so I made my way. Upon arriving the man told me it was in the service hall and that I couldnt see it today. So I basically wasted 4 hours of my day because of the incompetence and/or laziness of one individual. When calling or when I was on site, they asked who did you speak with? As if I ask people on the phone what their name is, but I wish I had, because this lady totally screwed with my day. Utter unprofessionalism and very dissapointed

I went to buy a car with cash on hand, after waiting 30 min outside the salesman came back from the bathrooms, he went inside of his office and told us the only 2 people could be inside so my 5 year old son wouldn't need to go outside, I said to him we are family but he said only the one who is buying the car can stay inside, It was ridiculous and unprofessional. The salesman would not even look at your face while he was talking, Very rude! when I asked him to give me some info on the car that I was interested to buy, his respond was I have no infos you need to go to Mercedes Benz to get any information so I was confuse, who is seller? my expertises on this car dealerships it was very painful and disappointed.

We wanted to buy a car and went for a 30 min test drive. Once we were back we wanted to study the car in the onlinecars parking lot (interior, extedior engine sound, etc.) while the car was stationery. After 10 min, the receptionist came and told us (in an unpolite way) that everything is fine with the car and anyway a technical inspection is carried out prior to buying the car. After 5 more minutes he came back and told us that if we want to check the car for more time, we need to buy the car. He got in the vehicle and nearly drove off with our back pack in the car. Anyway, we liked the car and we bought it. The technical inspection showed that everything was working fine and the car is in perfect condition (aside from some minor scratches on the hood). After the first day of using the car, we started having troubles with the battery. Because it always has a low voltage, some of the systems are not working (eg. Start/stop, maneuver braking). Since the battery is considered a spare part, it is not covered by any insurance. I do not recommend this dealer

I was looking for a car and I find this website, well made, good pictures, a lot of details and ashtoning prices! So I decided to send an email for further informations. No answer. I waited so I called asking if there was somebody speaking english and they said “one moment” before to hang up the phone and never call back. So I decided to try to contact them through an import businness society and they never answered. I finally sent an email to the sales manager of the car location and obviously he didnt reply. After three weekes trying to contact them all the cars of this make and model are still available!!! I cant believe this looking at the prices! That’s just because nobody NOBODY is caring to sell! I was ready to buy istantly! I cant even imagine an aftermarket customer service, a nightmare. Beware of this, you are just going to waste your time.
