Trotz fast 90 EUR Umsatz erwartet der Mitarbeiter dann, dass man um die Toilette zu besuchen nochmal zum Auto rennt und 50 Cent Münzgeld beibringt. Kundenservice vom Feinsten! In Zukunft tanke ich wieder in Scharnitz. Da passt der Service. Never again: At first Google Pay is not accepted, at least the payment by credit card works. Despite almost EUR 90 in sales, the employee then expects to run to the car again to visit the toilet and bring 50 cents in coins. Customer service at its best! L	Lennart G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Tankstelle, sehr sauber. Leider war der Griff der einen Dieselzapfsäule verölt. An der Kasse habe ich gefragt, ob ich mir die Hände waschen dürfte. Der Mitarbeiter meinte ich solle die kostenpflichtige Toilette benutzen. Ich erklärte, das meine Hände ölig von der Zapfsäule seien und fragte, ob ich kurz so rein dürfte. Der Mitarbeiter meinte wiederholt ich solle die Toilette benutzen und legte mir dann schweigend eine Servierte hin und ignorierte mich einfach. Ich erwarte ja nicht viel an einer Tankstelle aber Freundlichkeit und die Möglichkeit sich die Hände zu waschen, wenn die Zapfsäulen mal verölt sind sollte zu dem Service schon gehören. Nice gas station, very clean. Unfortunately, the handle of a diesel pump was oily. At the checkout I asked if I could wash my hands. The employee said I should use the paid toilet. I explained that my hands were oily from the gas pump and asked if I could go inside for a moment. The staff member said repeatedly that I should use the toilet and then silently laid down a servant and just ignored me. I don't expect much at a gas station, but friendliness and the opportunity to wash your hands when the pumps are oily should be part of the service.

Będąc w trasie z Włoch do Bawarii chciałem wraz z żoną wypić kawę . Właściciel dal nam taką możliwość pod warunkiem skorzystania z napoju na zewnątrz stacji , na przejmującym chłodzie . Nadmieniam ,że na terenie stacji poruszaliśmy się w maseczkach . Nie pomogło okazanie greenpas , nie zmienił swojej bezdusznej decyzji . Muszę dodać , że podobnie potraktowane zostało również starsze małżeństwo z Niemiec . Reasumując - totalny brak empatii . Zudem sind dort die Toiletten sauber, anders als bei dieser OMV, an der der ganze Boden der kostenpflichtigen Toilette voller Urin war. Incredibly unfriendly employee. The ignition runs smoothly through the injectors and does not leave as much carbon buildup compared to other fuel types.
