Und die Saat kommt tatsächlich aus der Gegend und nicht aus Ägypten, kleinerer Anfahrtsweg und frischeres Ausgangsmaterial für die Öl-Pressung, die vor Ort gemacht wird. Das könnte die Geschmacksexplosion beim verkosten erklären :-D Zudem werden alle Bestandteile und Produktions"-abfälle" weiterverwertet: der Satz nach der Ölpressung wird als Mus verkauft (Schwarzkümmel-Mus schmeckt toll in der Suppe oder auf dem Salat...). Den Presskuchen kann man zerstampfen und sich übers Müesli streuen (insbesondere den Leindotter- oder Kokosnuss-Presskuchen) oder er ist bereits zerstampft als Mehl zu kaufen. Als i-Tüpfchen eine kompetente und freundliche Beratung, abgestimmt auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse und mit viel Fachwissen "verfeinert". Quality indescribable! I've never tasted such an intense and flavorful black cumin oil! And the seed actually comes from the area and not from Egypt, smaller access road and fresher source material for the oil squeeze made locally. That could explain the flavor explosion in the tasting :-D In addition, all ingredients and production "waste" recycled: the sentence after the oil pressing is sold as Mus (black cumin mush tastes great in the soup or on the salad ...). The press cake can be crushed and sprinkled over the muesli (especially the crayfish or coconut press cake) or it is already crushed to buy as flour.
