Wir waren an einem Opel Mokka interessiert. Bei der Kontaktaufnahme wurde uns auf nachfragen zum Zustand ein TipTop Zustand, aus dem Besitz einer Stammkundschaft, zugesichert. Darum haben wir auch den doch längeren Weg in kauf genommen. Und nur darum. Leider gehören bei diesem Autohaus zu eine TipTop Zustand 4 verschrammte Alufelgen, Lackschäden an Augenspiegel und diverse Beschädigungen und Verunreinigungen im Innenraum. Zudem war die Stammkundschaft wohl die Stammkundschaft von einem "Partner Händler" und daher auch keinerlei Historie bekannt.
Leider ein Weg für alle umsonst. Die unfreundliche Behandlung vom Verkäufer vor Ort war ebenfalls inklusive.
350km and 4 hours of our time for nothing!
We were interested in an Opel Mokka. When contacting us, we were assured of a tip-top condition, from the possession of a regular clientele, when asked about the condition. That is why we have accepted the long way to go. And only because of that. Unfortunately, at this dealership a TipTop condition includes 4 scratched aluminum rims, damage to the paintwork on the ophthalmoscope and various damage and contamination in the interior. In addition, the regular customers were probably the regular customers of a "partner dealer" and therefore no history was known.
Unfortunately a way for everyone in vain. The unfriendly treatment from the seller on site was also included.
