Had a shipment of 3 very large packages today. I was even helped with inviting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endlich mal ein vernünftiger und zuverlässiger Post-Partner in Liefering!
So weit ich weiß können Sendungen von allen Lieferunternehmen (sprich österr. Post, DHL, Hermes, GIS, usw.) dorthin geliefert und abgeholt werden. Einzig bei UPS bin ich mir unsicher.
Der Trafikant selbst ist auch ausgesprochen nett und immer für einen netten Schatzer zu haben. Alles in Allem ein Top Laden, mit Top Inhaber und Top Service! Hoffentlich bleibt das auch noch lange so!!!

As far as I know, shipments from all delivery companies (i.e. Austrian Post, DHL, Hermes, GIS, etc.) can be delivered and picked up there. I'm only unsure about UPS.
The tobacconist himself is also extremely nice and always available for a nice sweetheart. All in all a top shop, with top owners and top service! Hopefully it will stay that way for a long time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst bei dem Weihnachtsstress sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er macht auf mich den Eindruck dass, ihm seine Kunden wichtig sind das merke ich auch im Umgang mit anderen Kunden oder Personen die sich nicht gut auskennen.
Even with the Christmas stress very friendly and helpful. He gives me the impression that his customers are important to him, I also notice that when dealing with other customers or people who are not very knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Freund wollte ein Paket für mich abholen und wurde herablassend angepöbelt, weil er keine Vollmacht dabei hatte. Ich kann ja nachvollziehen, dass man eine Vollmacht verlangt, aber dass man grundlos so unfreundlich sein muss, dafür habe ich echt kein Verständnis. Ein respektvoller Umgang mit Kunden gehört wohl nicht zum Geschäftsmodell des Herrn Mudri.
My friend wanted to pick up a package for me and was condescendingly mocked because he had no authorization to do so. I can understand that you ask for a power of attorney, but that you have to be so unfriendly for no reason, I really don't understand. Treating customers with respect is probably not part of Mr. Mudri's business model.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ärgere mich jedes Mal wenn dort ein Paket hinterlegt wird, denn sicherlich findet der Mitarbeiter oder Eigentümer irgendwas das nicht passt wenn man es abholen will. Typischer i Tüpferl Reiter. Paket Abholschein + Bestätigungsemail von der Post + amtlicher Lichtbildausweis reichten nicht aus weil der Ausweis vor einem Monat abgelaufen ist. Reguläre Poststelle geht viel unkomplizierter und dort wird man auch nicht belehrt.
I get annoyed every time a package is deposited there, because the employee or owner will surely find something that doesn't fit when you want to pick it up. Typical i dot rider. Parcel pick-up slip + confirmation email from the post office + official photo ID were not sufficient because the ID expired a month ago. Regular post office is much less complicated and there you will not be instructed.
