★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben im Neubau in 3 Jahren 20 Heizungsausfälle gehabt. Ein paar gingen auf menschliches Versagen zurück, viele Störungen der Ökofen Pellet-Anlage sind nicht erklärbar.
Zu den menschlichen Fehlern kommen auch geplante Wartungen mit Abschaltung ohne (rechtzeitige) Information an die Eigentümer.
We have had 20 heating failures in the new building in 3 years. A few were due to human error, many malfunctions in the eco-stove pellet system cannot be explained.
In addition to human errors, there are also planned maintenance with shutdown without (timely) information to the owner.
