Quản lý nhiệt tình và dễ mến. Có phòng vệ sinh + tắm ngay trong phòng, rất nhiều tủ để đựng đồ. Có phòng bếp chung. Có 5 tầng. Ở phòng chung rất bất tiện vì phòng khá nhỏ. The rent is 243 € / person. Electricity and water do not have to pay more. Laundry fee is 2 € / time. Self-bought laundry soap. There are 100Gb wifi per month. Enthusiastic and lovely management. There is a bathroom + shower in the room, lots of cabinets for storage. There is a shared kitchen. There are 5 floors. Sharing a room is very inconvenient because the room is quite small.

In diesen teilt man sich mit einer zweiten Person ein Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer, einen Vorraum und ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche. In jedem Stockwerk befindet sich eine große Gemeinschaftsküche. In den Zimmern gibt es einen Internetanschluss und in der Miete sind derzeit 100GB Datenvolumen inkludiert. Im Heim ist das Rauchen verboten, es gibt jedoch im Erdgeschoss einen Raucherraum und einen Innenhof. The dorm mainly has double rooms. In these you share with a second person a bedroom and study, an anteroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Each floor has a large communal kitchen. In the rooms there is an internet connection and in the rent are currently 100GB data volume included. Smoking is not allowed in the home, but there is a smoking room and a courtyard on the ground floor.

A real dormitory, in some places it needs renovation, but you can live. The big plus is the location. Universities are close to the TV and the center can be reached on foot.

U	Udar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have no private area, that means staff can enter your room without your allowance, cleaning in the rooms once in the month not once per week as it should be, no ventilation in the room (in summer hot as hell, in winter very cold), no soundproof by doors, you can hear absolutely anything whats happening outside the door from bed, when you sleep, bad small kitchens The only advantage I find is price one of the lowest at the city for Stundentenwohnheim, and good location near Karl Franz University. And if you come home just to get some sleep this place may suit to you. Otherwise I would not recommend this place for living.
