Some are better trained in dealing with new visitors, linguistically speaking when listening to the dog testing. Something more professional would have been appropriate

I have only good experiences because I was with my dogs in the puppy course and I am very satisfied. Sitting together afterwards is very comfortable and we always have a lot of fun
