★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Schwester hatte gerade Ihren Welpen bekommen und wollte sich diese Hundeschule ansehen. Wir telefonierten mit den Trainern, welche uns sagten, dass wir jeden Samstag um 10 Uhr morgens vorbeischauen könnten. Gesagt getan. Wie sich herausstellte war an diesem Samstag gar kein Kurs und wir sind vollkommen umsonst hingefahren.
Naja, nächstes mal war dann doch Kurs und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass gelegentlich Kurse ausfallen oder an anderen Orten (wie zum Beispiel in Einkaufszentren) stattfinden. Dies alles wird den Kunden jedoch persönlich am Trainingsplatz mitgeteilt. Anrufen können die nicht. D.h. wenn man einmal an einem Samstag Morgen nicht in die Hundeschule gehen kann, erfährt man nicht die nächsten Termine und ob und wann Trainings ausfallen. Man findet es dann heraus, wenn man am Übungsplatz steht und wieder einmal kein Trainer kommt.
Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, ob man uns denn nicht benachrichtigen könnte, wenn ein Termin ausfällt, hat es nicht funktioniert. Denn das wäre, Zitat: "Ein zu großer organisatorischer Aufwand."
Falls jemand hier also nicht absolut jeden Samstag Zeit hat, sollte man diese Hundeschule meiden.
My sister had just got her puppy and wanted to watch this dog school. We phoned the trainers, who told us that every Saturday at 10 o'clock in the morning we could stop by. Said and done. As it turned out, this Saturday was not a course and we went completely free.
Well, next time was course and we were told that occasionally drop out courses or take place in other places (such as in shopping centers). However, all this is communicated to the customer personally at the training ground. Can not call. That If you can not go to the dog school on a Saturday morning, you will not learn the next dates and if and when training will be canceled. You'll find it out when you're at the practice site and once again no coach comes.
Even after several inquiries, if we could not notify us, if an appointment fails, it did not work. Because that would be, quote: "Too much organizational effort."
If somebody does not have time every Saturday, you should avoid this dog school.
