Obwohl ich vom Krankenhaus und vom Chefarzt der Krankenkasse Wels bis Mitte Mai krankgeschrieben bin muss ich jeden Monat um mein Geld auf dass ich angewiesen bin "betteln". Bin ich nun auch ein Bürger "zweiter Klasse" wie es wahrscheinlich schon vielen von uns geht die seit 25jahren und länger immer schön brav gearbeitet haben und natürlich immer brav Steuern und die Sozialversicherung eingezahlt haben !?! Ich hoffe dieser Beitrag findet Gehör Mit freundlichen Grüßen am for the first time in 25 years of work on a long sick leave because I had a spinal surgery. Meist wird einem der Eindruck vermittlet, dass es gerade nicht passt, leider eine, sehr sehr unfreundliche Dienstleistung. Das ist keine Einmalbeobachtung. Grundsätzlich bin ich mit den restlichen Leistungen absolut zufrieden. We are a five-person household and therefore have to hand in a doctor's invoice about once a month at the reception point used for this. Usually one gets the impression that it doesn't fit right now, unfortunately, a very, very unfriendly service. This is not a one-time observation. Basically, I am absolutely satisfied with the rest of the services.

Hygiene und waschen sind ja angeblich wichtig - hier offensichtlich gefährlich. Übrigens gibt es Menschen, die anschließend zur Arbeit gehen. Verschwitzt... Do top physiotherapy, therapists and equipment here. I just don't understand why the showers are closed on the grounds "because of Corona". Hygiene and washing are supposedly important - obviously dangerous here. By the way, there are people who go to work afterwards. Sweaty...

Daher wäre angebracht dem Personal Seminare: Wie verhalte ich mich dem Kunden gegenüber?! Verpflichtend Teilnehmen zu lassen. Und gelerntes von diesem Seminar auch anwenden!!!!! Unhöflichkeit und Arroganz sind leider an der Tagesordnung! In einem Privatunternehmen wird man gefeuert!!!! Some of the employees still have not understood that they are a service company. Therefore it would be appropriate for the staff to hold seminars: How do I behave towards the customer? Mandatory to have participants participate. And apply what you learned from this seminar !!!!! Rudeness and arrogance are unfortunately the order of the day! In a private company you get fired !!!!
