★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf Empfehlung eines Kurarztes habe ich im Spätherbst mit einer klassischen Physiotherapie im ÖGK - Mein Gesundheitszentrum für physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation Steyr begonnen. Meine anfängliche Skepsis größeren Instituten gegenüber durfte ich gleich mit dem Arzttermin widerrufen. Bisher ist kein Arzt so auf meine „Problemzonen“ eingegangen. Im November 2021 hatte ich dann einen vollen Therapieplan mit Behandlungen gegen meine Rückenschmerzen in der Tasche.
Warum ich so skeptisch gegenüber Instituten war, ist der, dass meine bisherigen Erfahrungen eher dem Personal zuzuschreiben waren. Ganz anders in Zentrum von Steyr. Alle, und da meine ich wirklich alle – vom Empfang bis zu jedem einzelnen Therapeuten/Therapeutin spreche ich lobende Worte aus. Einfühlsam, emphatisch, freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Anmerkung: Wenn auch durch die Maske nicht offensichtlich sichtbar, war es doch spürbar.
Status Jänner 2022, im Großen und Ganzen Schmerzfrei und motiviert gezielt Übungen und Bewegung zu machen.

 On the recommendation of a spa doctor, I started classic physiotherapy in the ÖGK - My health center for physical medicine and rehabilitation in Steyr in late autumn. I was able to revoke my initial skepticism towards larger institutes as soon as I made my doctor's appointment. So far, no doctor has dealt with my "problem areas" in such a way. In November 2021 I had a full therapy plan with treatments for my back pain in my pocket.
The reason why I was so skeptical about institutes is that my previous experience was more to do with the staff. Completely different in the center of Steyr. Everyone, and I really mean everyone - from the reception to every single therapist, I speak words of praise. Sensitive, emphatic, friendly, courteous and always with a smile on his face. Note: Although not obviously visible through the mask, it was noticeable.
Status January 2022, largely pain-free and motivated to do specific exercises and movement.
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the good time at the health center!
