Heute in der Früh haben wir Termin gehabt wegen Mundhygiene die Mitarbeiterin war unfreundlich und hat die Prophylaxe mit Gewalt gemacht ganz zeit meinem Zahnfleisch blutet und Schmerzen. Das ist erste und letzte mal. Ich bezahle, sie muss zeit nehmen und mit Höflichkeit mit Patienten sprechen. Nicht wie eine Tiere behandeln.
