★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wirklich egal um was es geht .... die Leute dort haben einfach keinen bock und zeigen das den kunden jedesmal. einfach nur unhöflich und kaum hilfsbereit. permanente wird immer alles nach eisenstadt verwiesen. Wenn sie dann oh Glück doch für etwas zuständig sind dann wartet man mehrere Monate auf die Bearbeitung. jedesmal reden sie mit einem als wäre man der dümmste mensch und warum man da keine ahnung hat und warum stellt man soviele fragen. ständig pessimistisch und negativ gelaunt!
Und selbst wenn sie mal "helfen" muss man jede einzelne hilfreiche Antwort aus ihnen heraus kitzeln. Wenn man email Adressen oder so braucht dann wird man angeschnautz weil warum solln die uns auch weiter helfen müssen .... einfach nur noch zum kotzen dort ??
 really doesn't matter what it's about .... the people there just don't feel like it and show it to the customers every time. just plain rude and barely helpful. permanently everything is referred to eisenstadt. If, luckily, they are responsible for something then you have to wait several months for the processing. every time they talk to you as if you were the dumbest person and why you have no idea and why you ask so many questions. constantly pessimistic and in a negative mood!
And even if they "help" you have to tease every single helpful answer out of them. If you need email addresses or something then you will be snapped at because why should they have to help us further.... just to throw up there ??
