Es ist für mich eine reine Zumutung Menschen mit einem Handycap die hier auch vor Ort sind logischerweise (Chefarzt) einige Stunden warten zu lassen! Ich selbst erlitt vor etwa 6 wochen eine Schambeinastfraktur und ich kann versichern das dies sehr schmerzhaft ist. Auch nach sechs wochen spürte ich wieder einen stechenden Schmerz in diesem Bereich da die Sessel an denen man für Stunden verharren muss einfach eine reine Zumutung ist! HIER HERRSCHT IN ZEITEN WIE DIESEN HANDLUNGSBEDARF! It's a shame that you can't give zero stars. For me it is an unreasonable demand to have people with a handicap cap who are also on site logically (chief doctor) waiting a few hours! I myself suffered a pubic bone fracture about 6 weeks ago and I can assure you that this is very painful. Even after six weeks, I felt a sharp pain in this area again, because the armchairs you have to stay in for hours are simply an imposition! HERE IS IN TIME AS THIS NEED FOR ACTION!
D	Daniel Dissauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bevor ich mich dazu entschied diese Rezesion zu schreiben, habe ich zuerst einige Bekannte gefragt ob diese auch solche Erfahrungen mit anderen GKK machten. Nun, wenn man eine Telefonische Auskunft haben will, wird man unfreundlich auf die eigene Inkompetenz, sprich warum wissen sie das nicht, verwiesen. Ich hatte Kontakt zu 3 verschieden Angestellten und jeder hat mir eine andere Vorgangsweise in meinem Fall erläutert. Als ich Auskunft von der GKK Bruck erhalten hatte, dort war man freundlich und informativ. Wie Ich nun endlich mit den richtigen Dokumenten beim Schalter der GKK Mürz stand, wurde ich mir im schroffen Ton gesagt, warum ich nicht früher mit meinem Anliegen gekommen bin. Obwohl mir ein Angestellter vor Wochen mitgeteilt hatte, das ich mir in dieser Angelegenheit Zeit lassen kann. Resümee: Die linke Hand weis nicht was die Rechte tut. Und wenn man die Angestellten darauf anspricht wird man angeschnauzt. Before I decided to write this review, I first asked some acquaintances whether they had such experiences with other GCC. When I finally stood at the counter of the GKK Mürz with the correct documents, I was told in a harsh tone why I didn't come earlier with my request. Although an employee told me weeks ago that I can take my time on this matter. Summary: The left hand does not know what the right is doing. And if you talk to the employees about it, you get snapped at.
