★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ögeg have some nice events for rail enthusiasts, but the staff is completely unprofessional. Paid 200 EUR for a booking via bank transfer, and two weeks later I am still having to chase them as they've sent no confirmation or ticket, and on the phone they always say they're busy. Then, on the day, locomotive turns out to be diesel instead of steam, and train leaves with a delay, all without any explanation! The final part of the journey turns out to be payable and not included in the day-ticket price. The explanation for all of what was that the staff is all-volunteer, which in my view only partly excuses all of the incompetence listed above. Similar events in Slovenia, UK, Italy, CZ, and Germany are MUCH better organised, despite also being volunteer-run.
