N	Natura Vera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich versuche seit Weihnachten Ware zu retournieren (27.12.) Es hieß in den nächsten Tagen würde sich jemand melden. Am nächsten Tag (!!!) stand der Fahrer vor der Tür. Die Retourware noch nicht vorbereitet. Danach einige Tage nichts. Erst als ich wieder auf Office Discount zugegangen bin, hieß es in 1-2 Tagen wird es zwischen 8-18 Uhr abgeholt. Dann waren wir auf Urlaub und ich hatte eine Abholung am 10.1. gebeten. Keiner gekommen. Auf Rückfragen erhalte ich nur standardisierte Mails und Antworten. Es hat bisher noch immer keiner abgeholt!!! Ich habe jetzt eine Rücksendung auf deren Kosten angeboten, damit das endlich wegkommt. Der Versanddienst ist übrigens DPD. Das alleine ist schon ein Grund nicht mehr mit Office Discount zusammenzuarbeiten. Abgesehen von der Tatsache, dass mit diesem Service mir die Lust zum Einkauf bei Office Discount ohnehin schon vergangen ist noch bevor es angefangen hat. I've been trying to return goods since Christmas (27.12.) It was said that someone would be in touch in the next few days. The next day (!!!) the driver was at the door. The returned goods have not yet been prepared. After that, nothing for a few days. Only when I approached Office Discount again was it said that it would be picked up in 1-2 days between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Then we were on vacation and I had a pickup on 10.1. asked. no one came When I have questions, I only receive standardized emails and answers. No one has picked it up yet!!! I have now offered a return at their expense, so that finally gets rid of it. By the way, the shipping service is DPD. That alone is a reason not to work with Office Discount anymore. Apart from the fact that with this service I lost all desire to shop at Office Discount before it even started.

Jedoch war keine Installationssoftware CD inkludiert, man muss die Software von der hp homepage downloaden! Des weiteren war kein USB Kabel in der Lieferung inkludiert. Also benötigt man ein Wlan oder man muss sich ein USB Kabel besorgn, deswegen nur 4 Sterne! I bought the HP Designjet T230 plotter at office discount: it was delivered very quickly. However, no installation software CD was included, you have to download the software from the hp homepage! Furthermore, no USB cable was included in the delivery. So you need a WiFi or you have to get a USB cable, so only 4 stars!

Nie mehr wieder, obwohl laufend Bestellungen und Bezahlungen über wesentlich größere Rechnungen gemacht wurden ging offenbar eine Rechnung und Mahnung über € 7,43 verloren oder wurde nicht zugestellt. Dafür ein Inkassoauftrag über € 47,91. Ein Anruf oder die Zustellung per email hätte auch genügt. Thank you, the problem was promptly resolved to my satisfaction by a change in staff in my company. Never again, Although orders and payments were continuously made for much larger invoices, an invoice and reminder for € 7.43 was apparently lost or not delivered. For this, a collection order for € 47.91. A phone call or delivery by email would have sufficed.
