G	Georg Römer (Römer Real e.U.) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Immobilienmakler mit häufigen Umgang mit Immobilienverträgen kann ich nur bestätigen, dass dieses Notariat sehr gut arbeitet. Verträge werden zuverlässig und rasch erstellt, Termine sehr flexibel vergeben (mit Aussendienst) und die Abwicklungen sind seit Jahren immer reibungslos und absolut zuverlässig. Ich habe viele Notare/Anwälte und deren Vertragsabwicklung "erlebt" und nur wenigen davon würde ich auch 5 Sterne geben. Eine echte Empfehlung für den rechtlichen Bereich. Contracts are created reliably and quickly, appointments are assigned very flexibly (with field service) and the processes have been smooth and absolutely reliable for years. Nicht nur, dass die Verlassenschaft meines Vaters, trotz mehrmalige Bitten um eine schnelle Abwicklung sehr langsam (3/4 Jahr für den Einantwortungsbeschluss) von statten ging und es für den Notar kaum möglich war versprochene Rückrufe einzuhalten. Die Arbeit wurde auch fehlerhaft vollrichtet. So wurde meinem Bruder und mir Erlagscheine zur Begleichung der Verfahrenskosten zugesandt, obwohl vertraglich festgelegt wurde, dass diese von der erblichen Witwe beglichen werden müssen. Unfortunately I have to join the bad reviews here. Not only that my father's legacy, despite repeated requests for a quick settlement, was very slow (3/4 year for the decision of acceptance) and it was hardly possible for the notary to keep promised callbacks. The work was also done incorrectly. So my brother and I were sent payment slips to pay the costs of the proceedings, although it was contractually stipulated that these had to be paid by the hereditary widow.

Bei unserem letzten Fall war die Rechnung plötzlich 3mal so hoch wie vereinbart, telefonische Rückfrage wurde nicht beantwortet und eine Weile später wurde die Rechnung dann einfach eingeklagt anstelle zumindest einer Zahlungserinnerung - das ist rechtlich leider möglich, wenn auch sehr unseriös. Als Normalsterblicher bleibt man aber leider über, aus 120€ wurden jetzt 1030€ Lehrgeld. Unsere Familie und unsere zwei Firmen hat er für immer verloren, ob das der Aufwand einer Mahnung wert war muss die Kanzlei selber entscheiden... An Alle: immer schriftlich machen, kein Telefon, zumindest ein E-Mail schicken! Unfortunately, the notary is no longer recommended by us! Klärung versprochen, dieser blieb jedoch immer aus. Invoice higher than previously agreed. After frequent contact with the notary, I was always promised a call back for clarification, but this never happened.
