bei meinem Ofen wurde 2007 ein Sitzbank zusätzlich gefliest, leider ist die Ausführung der Fuge sehr unprofessionell ausgeführt, auf meine Reklamtion wurde mit Rechtsabteilung gedroht...ich ärgere mich noch heute, wenn ich es sehe
Hofmann is not customer-oriented when it comes to complaints,
In 2007, a seat was additionally tiled for my stove, unfortunately the execution of the joint is very unprofessional, my complaint was threatened with the legal department ... I am still annoyed when I see it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Reklamation zeigt die Firma keine Reaktion, bzw. weist jede Schuld von sich.
Hat uns 2 Wochen in der Kälte sitzen lassen (zeitweise bis zu minus 10°).
Bis ich alles selber gemacht habe, jetzt funktioniert der Offen wieder wie vorher....
The company shows no reaction to the complaint or rejects any guilt.
Left us sitting in the cold for 2 weeks (at times down to minus 10 °).
Until I did everything myself, now the open works again as before ...
