I will not get into many details. The simple way to describe personnel (owners), and the way this company is doing business is, unprofessional, dishonest, and greedy. I would not recommend this company and their services to anyone. Please rate and write comments about the businesses that you had bad experience with. It will help others to filter out those businesses and avoid bad experience. Regarding your response to my initial comment/rating: Everything that l wrote in my initial comment is absolutely true as you know it. I was not happy with your service, nor how you handled the whole situation when l told you that l want to cancel the contract with you. Let me remind you, l was charged for the full length of the contract even l did not use any of it. Also let me remind you that l even told you during our last conversation that l will be writing a comment about how you conduct your business and that’s when you tried telling me your little story which was meant to stop me from writing a bad comment about your company. In your response to my comment-rating you just lied again. I was never happy or thankful to you for any of your services, especially not for charging me a full year of service that you did not provide. Now this is the truth and you know it! Anyone else out there not happy with this business, please don’t hesitate to comment. It is not legal matter to write about your experience with a bad service provider.
