Habe angeboten, den Versandpreis für 4 Bäume zu bezahlen - wurde mit vom Chef persänlich unfreundlich verweigert und mir wurde belehrend mitgeteilt, dass man gefälligst abholen kommen soll wenn man einen Baum für März bestellt. Man veschickt nur ab 4 Bäumen! Ich hätte alle Mehrkosten bezahlt - jetzt musste ich selbst eine Spedition beauftragen um diesen Baum abzuholen. Ich habe den Baum noch nicht, nehme auch an, dass die Ware passen wird. Kundfreundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen hört und fühlt sich anders an. Sehr enttäuschend. I ordered a tree by email and wanted to get the tree delivered due to several weeks absence. Have offered to pay the shipping price for 4 trees - was denied unfriendly by the boss and I was instructively informed that you should pick up if you order a tree for March. One sends only from 4 trees! I would have paid all additional costs - now I had to hire a forwarding company to pick up this tree. I do not have the tree yet, suppose also that the goods will fit. Customer-friendliness and congeniality are heard and felt differently. Very disappointing.
