★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lieber ein paar Meter weiter fahren in die Siebenhügelstr. zur "Die Apotheke" (neben Ladinser) MEINER MEINUNG NACH ist das Personal kompetenter und wirklich bemüht den Kunden auch das richtige Produkt mit dem besten Angebot zu bieten!! "DIE APOTHEKE" ist durchgehend geöffnet- KEINE MITTAGSPAUSE!!
It is better to drive a few meters further into Siebenhügelstrasse. to "Die Apotheke" (next to Ladinser) IN MY OPINION, the staff is more competent and really tries to offer the customer the right product with the best offer !! "DIE APOTHEKE" is open all day - NO LUNCH BREAK !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiterin hat Steif und fest behauptet: Klebebänder um Wundtupfer, kompressen etc zu befestitigen gäbe es in dieser Apotheke NUR von hansaplast! Das wird mir niemand weissmachen sollen, dass es in einer Apotheke Haut Klebebänder nur von Hansaplast gibt! Ich hätte ein Klebeband benötigt so wie es Beim Hausarzt nach einer Blutabnahme verwendet wird, doch nun musste ich das teure Hansaplast kaufen, anstatt ein BILLIGERES und noch dazu BESSERES Produkt bekommen haben zu können! Und vor 2 Jahren hat mich Mitarbeiterin 1 Minute vor Ladenöffnung in der früh ANGESCHRIEN "wir haben geschlossen" Als ich mich bei Chefin beschweren wollte schnautze sie mich auch noch an, und nahm ihre mitarbeiter in schutz, anstatt kundenfreundlich zu sein und sich dafür entschuldigen dass ich zu UNRECHT angeschrien wurde. Des weiteren habe ich einen Brief nach EU-DSGVO an die Apotheke gesendet das ALLE MEINE STAMMDATEN die die Apotheke von mir gespeichert hat nach meinem Recht auf EU-DSGVO zu löschen sind, doch die Apotheke hat nie darauf reagiert
The employee said stiffly: Adhesive tapes to attach wound swabs, compresses, etc. are ONLY available from hansaplast in this pharmacy! Nobody should tell me that in a pharmacy, skin tapes are only available from Hansaplast! I would have needed an adhesive tape like the one used by the family doctor after a blood test, but now I had to buy the expensive Hansaplast instead of being able to get a CHEAPER and BETTER product! And 2 years ago, an employee yelled at me 1 minute before the shop opened in the morning "we are closed" When I wanted to complain to the boss, she sniffed at me and took her employees under protection instead of being customer-friendly and apologizing for that I was yelled at wrongly. Furthermore, I sent a letter to the pharmacy in accordance with EU-GDPR that ALL MY MASTER DATA that the pharmacy has saved about me must be deleted according to my right to EU-GDPR, but the pharmacy never reacted to it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überaus kompetentes,bestens ausgebildetes Fachpersonal welches einem jederzeit gerne hilft und bestens berät. Sollten sie trotz jeglicher Hilfe nichts Passendes gefunden haben war es ganz sicher eine Augenweide den hübschen Damen bei ihrem emsigen Streben zuzusehen. Die Obir-Apotheke ist und bleibt ganz sich meine (hoffentlich auch ihre) Nr.1 in Klagenfurt!!!!
Extremely competent, well-trained specialist staff who are happy to help and advise you at any time. Should you not have found anything suitable, despite any help, it was definitely a feast for the eyes to watch the pretty ladies in their diligent pursuit. The Obir pharmacy is and will remain my (hopefully also your) number 1 in Klagenfurt !!!!
