★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man weiß was man braucht ist es kein Problem, aber sobald man Beratung braucht ist selten ein Mitarbeiter da. Nur wenige Mitarbeiter kennen sich in ihrer Abteilung, fachlich gesehen, gut aus. Es ist generell besser vorab die Info einzuholen und dann erst zu kaufen.
If you know what you need it is not a problem, but as soon as you need advice, there is rarely an employee there. Only a few employees know their department well, from a technical point of view. It is generally better in advance to get the info and then only to buy.
