★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Null Sterne geht leider nicht
Kundendienst wird immer schlechter, ich wollte um 18:30 Flaschengas holen und habe dreimal geläutert, nach 15 Minuten bin ich zur kassa gegangen wo mir eine unfreundliche patzige kassierin sagte heute ist da niemand und sie nimmt die Flaschen nicht zurück
Das war das letzte mal das ich zu obi gehe
HORNBACH ist zwar weiter zum fahren, aber man ist dort freundlicher und es wird auch eine halbe Stunde vor zusperren das ganze Sortiment verkauft

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch nie so unfreundliche und demotevierete Mitarbeiter erlebt wie hier. Maschine für Tepichzuschnitt seit Wochen defekt. Auf die Frage wie lange das noch dauert, kam die Antwort das kann er mir nicht sagen und ob ich nicht lesen kann es ist defekt auf unbestimmte Zeit.
Als hier früher noch der mega BauMax drinnen war, war es ein Mekka für Hobbyhandwerker. Jetzt wird alles kaputt gespart.
