Seit wir bei Matthias eingekauft haben, kaufe ich kein Geflügelfleisch in einem Geschäft mehr - es ist einfach kein Vergleich! Zu wissen, dass die Tiere artgerecht aufwachsen dürfen und am Hof direkt geschlachtet werden ist das Sahnehäubchen! DANKE für eure Arbeit und euren Einsatz für die mobile Schlachtung Matthias und Team!
I can wholeheartedly recommend the products from the Oberländerhof - eggs, noodles and especially the hiking chicken are all TOP! Since we bought from Matthias, I no longer buy poultry meat in a store - there is simply no comparison! Knowing that the animals are allowed to grow up in a species-appropriate manner and are slaughtered directly on the farm is the icing on the cake! THANK YOU for your work and your commitment to mobile slaughter Matthias and team!
