★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sind seit längerer Zeit drei der vier Stationen kaputt.
Ich habe bereits drei Mal bei der Kundenhotline von Smatrics angerufen und den Defekt gemeldet.
Die netten Mitarbeiter der Hotline vertrösten einen nur mit Sätzen wie "Aber bei mir wird der Status ONLINE angezeigt" ?
 Unfortunately, three of the four stations have been broken for a long time.
I have called the Smatrics customer hotline three times and reported the defect.
The nice employees of the hotline only put you off with sentences like "But for me the status is displayed ONLINE" ?
