★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I typically only write positive reviews, but I have had such a terrible experience with this hotel that I believe it is worth sharing. We booked our room through Chase Travel, using points. Check in went fine and the accommodations were lovely. However, when we went to check out, the hotel tried to charge us for the room. I called Chase Travel and the representative worked out everything with the front desk (or so I thought). Fast forward two weeks and the hotel charged my credit card for the room without consent or any notification whatsoever. When Chase contacted them, they said that they needed to look into it, because I might have been charged for checking in early (we neither checked in early nor checked out late, nor accrued any other charges that could account for a $250 bill). They have not provided a response and hung up on Chase and me 3 times today when we tried to follow up. I really cannot believe this treatment from a hotel that had such positive reviews. Truly frustrating and disappointing.

The hotel was great, large, clean and cozy rooms. The staff at the hotel were very serviceable and nice, every request we needed was taken care of which is important. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options including fresh omelettes and vending machine coffee. In summary a great option for travellers in the Innsbruck area who want to enjoy a town experience but still the distance to the centre of Innsbruck is 25 minutes.

My suite type room, turned to the street and I felt a bit that there was a privacy issue. I'm less than happy to be seen off the street. Another bit funny thing is that there is a Nespresso machine in the room
