Vom Abschleppdienst bis zur Verfügungstellung eines Ersatzautos lief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Betreuung am Telefon und vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. B	Bogdan “Egon” Przezak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odwiedziłem to miejsce w celu wymiany winiety na nową po wymianie szyby i tu zaczyna się problem pomimo przedstawionych dokumentów wymaganych w celu wymiany winiety.Obsluga w jednym z tych punktów uznała że nie mogą tego zrobić bo na fakturze nie ma nr.VIN auta tylko nr.rej.w drugim punkcie powodem odmowy było to że faktura z wymiany szyby jest na firmę transportową a dowód rejestracyjny na firmę leasingu nie pomogło tłumaczenie że to moja firma ponosi koszty eksploatacji pojazdu a nie leasing i rachunki są za takie usługi pisane na firmę która użytkuje pojazd jednym słowem totalny bałagan. I visited this place to replace the vignette with a new one after replacing the windshield and this is where the problem begins despite the documents required to replace the vignette. The service at one of these points decided that they could not do it because the invoice does not contain the car's VIN number, only the car number. Registered in the second point, the reason for the refusal was that the invoice for the replacement of the glass is for the transport company and the registration document for the leasing company did not help. in a word, a total mess.

Mechaniker kommen zu dir und erklären dir alles was gemacht wurde,worauf man achten sollte und was in nächster Zeit zu machen wäre-find ich super?? Up to now I have to say always been great I wanted to book an appointment online - but I didn’t, called and got one for the next day immediately??
