★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Corona-Krise hat auch uns übel mitgespielt. Wir hatten unsere Hochzeitsreise gebucht, wollten aber nach Aufhebung der Reisewarnungen diese aber nicht antreten, da die Fallzahlen in Italien noch immer hoch waren und uns so die Reiselust vergangen ist.
Rechtlich hätten wir eigentlich keinen Anspruch auf kostenloses Storno gehabt und wären auf gut 1000€ sitzengeblieben. Aber Dank des tollen Einsatzes der Mitarbeiterin wurde uns vom Veranstalter der angezahlte Betrag vollständig rückerstattet.
Danke für den Einsatz, wir können euch nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
The Corona crisis played a bad role for us too. We had booked our honeymoon, but after the travel warnings were lifted we didn't want to go because the number of cases in Italy was still high and we lost our desire to travel.
Legally we would not have been entitled to free cancellation and would have been left with a good € 1000. But thanks to the great effort of the employee, the organizer reimbursed us in full for the amount paid.
